The Executive Dashboard
Viewable as Tiles, as a Classic Dashboard or in the Application View, the executive dashboard
gives the entire management cockpit view of your organization. It displays the complete work
process, work-flow monitors, phase-reports, critical information, graphical and visual data
analysis, tactical business intelligence, alerts and much more.
Workflow
Depending on the role of the individual in the organization, the workflow dashboard can be
customized to be user-specific or role-specific. It lists the pending, upcoming and completed
documents, and status, and is helpful in tracking business tasks that has set deadlines. This
dashboard is particularly useful in bringing transparency across your organization in tasks that
are being planned, assigned and executed.
Enterprise Search
The enterprise search enables seamless key word search across business data and brings out
results using big data search engine. Using this feature, it is possible to search for all related
queries and reports to any specific transaction or master. The search results can be exported in
Excel, PDF, CSV formats and data security is applied to all search result sets to ensure safety
of confidential data.

9. Data Analysis Reports- Portlets
Portlets are snapshots, drill downable and easily accessible to view and interpret specific
information. They are accessible both in data and pictorial representation format. They can be
set based on user's workflow and can be exported in Excel, PDF and CSV formats.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
The KPI information is displayed in the Tiles Dashboard and the information can be viewed by
navigating through the same. The data visible in the tiles gets populated based on the Portlet
queries that are defined in the Tiles Configuration screen. The total value in Percentage,
Decimal or Counts is displayed in each tile as defined in the Tiles definition.
