Edward Lynx is a management consulting firm
specialising in leadership development. During
our 22 years in business, we have delivered our
services on 5 continents in over 38 different
countries and more than 10 languages, and
have cooperated with many multinational
organisations.
We work in partnership with our customers and
are appreciated for our results-oriented
approach, business understanding, practical
methods, and international profile.
We have gathered varied competencies in
organisational and industrial psychology, HR,
finance, business, language, and international
relations to anticipate and deliver to our
customers' needs.
Our 35+ consultants and professional actors
represent 14 different nationalities, and perform
programmes and events in Swedish, English,
Chinese, Russian, German, French, Italian,
Spanish, Czech, and other languages.

Lynx Mobile Leadership Application
Instant Feedback provides the opportunity for quick pulse feedback, fostering a culture of
trust, and personal development. Development Plans help employees to follow up and track
personal KPIs, while managers can track their direct reports’ progress. Lynx Measurement
helps measure and evaluate employees’ KPIs and behaviours through 360 surveys, which
creates transparency and increased visibility.

Saville Assessment Products are rated as one of the most reliable and valid on the market, and
include Aptitude Assessment, Personality Questionnaires, Accreditation Training and
