Paving Paths to Deeply
Fulfilling Careers
Silviu
Cojocaru
J
Silviu
he Aha! Moment
TAcademy is
committed to
empowering individuals in
strategically inding work
that ignites their bliss each
morning and brings them a
deep sense of ful ilment at
the end of the day. Founded
by Silviu Cojocaru, a
Career Coach with an
inspiring journey of his
own, the academy aims to
provide comprehensive
support to clients.
19. Special Features
Silviu's career began with
great promise, as he was
awarded the UK's Student
Employee of the Year Award
at the age of 19. However,
he soon encountered a
sense of dissatisfaction in
his work, prompting him to
explore new paths.
By the age of 23, Silviu
had already embarked on a
dynamic journey,
transitioning across three
different industries.
Through his relentless
pursuit of professional
growth, he had successfully
cultivated a repertoire of
skills, allowing him to
secure coveted positions in
each ield he explored. He
even established a side
business that focused on
assisting clients in achieving
their ideal careers.
As Silviu's reputation
grew, so did his impact. At
25, Silviu joined forces with
Steve Miller to cofound The
Aha! Moment Academy,
driven by their realization
that clients required more
than just job search
assistance. Their
collaboration stemmed
from a shared realization
that each person has a
unique contribution to
make and that clients
seeking career guidance
required more than just
assistance with their job
search, they needed a
comprehensive approach to
career planning. The Aha!
Moment Academy emerged
as a transformative platform
that catered to this essential
need.
Through his dedicated
efforts, Silviu has facilitated
the growth of countless
professionals and
governmental
organizations, investing
over 1,000 hours in the
process. He developed the
FORMAL approach, which
has proven highly effective,
and earned certi ication as
an Integra Protocol Trainer
by the age of 29.
Embracing the Gift of Life
Silviu's early life was full of
adversities too. When his
mother was pregnant with
him, all the doctors
predicted that both of them
would die if she proceeded
with the pregnancy.
However, she displayed
immense courage and
decided to move forward,
despite the risks involved.
Miraculously, both of them
survived, and now Silviu
cherishes each day of his life
as a precious gift.
Silviu says, "Every
morning when I wake up, I
am grateful to have the
opportunity of helping
others and I see every day as
a gift."
As his life was granted as
a gift, when Silviu hit rock
bottom in 2015, he made a
conscious choice to dedicate
his life to serving others. He
remembered that his
purpose was to help
individuals discover and
pursue careers that they
genuinely ind meaningful
and purposeful. And he
decided to assist people
who are at a crossroads in
their lives, guiding them
through job or career
transitions so that they can
maximize their time and
potential. This is not simply
a job, career, or mission for
him; it is his work purpose.
Silviu shares, "There is
tremendous power in
refusing to settle and
declaring, I know I am
capable of achieving more in
my life and career. So,
whenever people are ready
to navigate this crossroads, I
want to be the guide that
helps them through this
journey."
A Systematic Approach to
Career Coaching
The Implicit Career Search
Method serves as the
foundation for The Aha!
Moment Academy. Dr Will
Schutz's FIRO Theory
guides participants to make
their career decision from
the very core of who they
are - their essence.
Miller's Career
Development Spectrum
provides the steps and
stages required to cultivate
that work purpose into a
successful, contributing
career.
Besides bringing Steve's
innovative ICS method into
the online space, Silviu
Cojocaru has devised a
groundbreaking
methodology known as
FORMAL, designed to
empower individuals in
effectively implementing
their career plans. It
addresses a common
challenge faced by many
during such transitions: the
ability to articulate their
previous experience in a
manner that resonates with
their new desired industry.
Silviu's FORMAL method
operates on the belief that
one's previous experiences,
no matter how diverse or
seemingly unrelated, can be
skilfully reframed and
tailored to align with the
requirements and
expectations of a target
industry. By providing
participants with a clear
roadmap and empowering
them with the tools to
convey their worth, the
FORMAL method eliminates
the common hurdle of
feeling lost or uncertain in
the face of a job, industry or
even career transition.
An Ideal Career Coach
Silviu holds two
certi ications, and he's
currently working towards
his third certi ication:
• Speci ic to Career
Coaching: He is a
certi ied Implicit Career
Search (ICS) Coach. Over
the past four years, he has
guided hundreds of
individuals, ranging from
mid-to-senior
contributors, managers,
and leaders, up to C-level
executives, in planning
their careers using the
ICS method. He has also

• General Coaching: He is

towards obtaining his

Certi ication (PCC) from

Paving the Right Career
Paths
While talking about the
things to prioritize in one's
career, Silviu mentions,
"Never sell your soul for a
paycheck. At the end of your
life, you won't regret leaving
a bad working environment,
but you may regret staying
for too long or prioritizing it
over your family or other
aspects of your life. You can
get your money back, but
you can't regain your time or
your mental and physical
health."
Many professionals at a
crossroads ind themselves
trapped in toxic
environments due to fear.
They worry that they won't
ind a role they love whilst
maintaining their desired
level of inancial stability
and lifestyle. This fear is
further compounded by the
belief that the grass won't
be greener on the other
side, leading individuals to
doubt the possibility of
inding a job that is
signi icantly better than
their current situation. This
fear is deeply ingrained in
the way people manage
their careers.
Most individuals change
roles because they are
trying to escape their
current situation:
• They want to leave
behind a toxic
environment and bad
leadership.
• They want to avoid
politics, bureaucracy, and
excessive processes.
• They want to use their
time at work to do
something more exciting,
valuable for themselves
or others.
Silviu believes that if
someone considers making
a change, they should ask
themselves:
• Am I making this decision
out of fear?
• How can I avoid entering
another job or career that
will be more of the same?
A fancy job title or a
different job at another
company won't solve the
underlying problems that
individuals face when they
are at a crossroads.
Additionally, changing the
work environment without
addressing personal growth
may lead to encountering
the same issues in a
different context.
If someone is struggling
to ind a more ful illing
career path, they should
start by understanding
themselves beyond the
traditional personality tests
or the standard lists of likes
or dislikes. Silviu
encourages people at
crossroads to understand
the patterns of behaviours
that keep them stuck.
Lastly, it is not uncommon
for individuals to ind
themselves trapped in a
state of stagnation,
primarily due to a lack of
awareness regarding their
own limitations. They may
not be aware of the skills
they truly enjoy using, the
impact they want to make,
or the job opportunities that
align with their current
experience. They may also
struggle with effectively
marketing themselves for
new roles. This uncertainty
often leads to a prolonged
period of trial and error,
where precious time and
energy are spent in a
seemingly endless pursuit
of the right it. Instead of
spending years in trial-and-
error mode, these people
should search for the right
tools to gain clarity and
consider investing in a
career coach whose method
resonates with them. A
reputable career coach
possesses the insights,
experience, and expertise
necessary to guide
individuals through the
labyrinth of self-discovery.
Reaching a Larger
Audience
This year, Silviu is planning
to make more appearances
on podcasts and at
conferences. He would like
to have a bigger impact and
with a larger audience.
In early 2024, he is
planning to establish a
virtual group workshop to
complement the existing 1-
1 services that can be
attended by people from
anywhere in the world. This
will allow him to reach a
wider audience and impact
at scale.
Additionally, he plans to
organize face-to-face
workshops where
participants can go through
the entire process in a
weekend. This is scheduled
to take place in late 2024
and will provide an
immersive and interactive
experience for the
attendees.
Ef icient Career Coaching
The method Silviu uses
stands out as a trailblazing
approach, distinct from any
other in the world. What
sets it apart is its unique
integration of both internal
and external work,
providing participants with
a comprehensive journey
towards attaining clarity,
purpose, and direction in
their lives. Participants
learn to shift their
behaviours, emotions, self-
concept, and self-esteem
while also strategically
managing the growth of
their careers, enabling them
to use employers instead of
being used by them.
This is the only career
planning method that has
been extensively
researched, studied, and
tested by independent
studies. It has been found to
be up to 300 percent more

Understanding the Evolving
Landscape
The modern job market is
dynamic and competitive. As
industries transform due to
technological advancements
and shifting economic trends,
professionals need to adapt
and stay ahead of the curve.
However, this can be
overwhelming and
challenging without proper
guidance. Career coaches
bring a wealth of knowledge
about industry trends, market
demands, and skill
requirements. They help
individuals align their career
goals with the evolving
landscape, ensuring that their
efforts are directed towards
opportunities with long-term
potential.
n today's rapidly
Ievolving professional
landscape, achieving
one's career goals requires
more than just technical
skills and quali ications. It
demands strategic planning,
self-awareness, and
personalized guidance. This
is where the role of career
coaches comes into play.
These professionals have
emerged as essential
partners in helping
individuals navigate their
professional journey,
maximize their potential,
and attain their aspirations.
In this blog, we will explore
the pivotal role of career
coaches in empowering
success and driving
professional growth.

Professional
Goals
24. Tailored Guidance for
Self-Discovery
One of the key contributions
of career coaches is
facilitating self-discovery.
Before setting out on a
career path, individuals
must have a deep
understanding of their
strengths, values, interests,
and aspirations. Career
coaches employ various
assessment tools and
techniques to help
individuals identify their
unique strengths and areas
of improvement. This
process of self-discovery
serves as a foundation for
setting meaningful career
goals and making informed
decisions.
Strategic Goal Setting
Career coaches excel at
guiding individuals through
the process of setting
strategic career goals. These
goals go beyond the usual
notions of job titles and
salaries. They encompass a
holistic view of one's
desired impact, growth
trajectory, and work-life
balance. Career coaches
work with individuals to
de ine short-term and long-
term goals that align with
their values and aspirations.
By having clear goals,
individuals can stay focused
and motivated in their
pursuit of success.
Crafting Personalized
Action Plans
Achieving professional goals
requires more than wishful
thinking; it demands
actionable steps and a well-
de ined roadmap. Career
coaches assist individuals in
creating personalized action
plans that outline the
necessary milestones, skill
development, and
networking strategies.
These plans are tailored to
each individual's unique
circumstances and goals,
ensuring that the path to
success is clear and
achievable.
Enhancing Soft Skills and
Professional Branding
Technical skills are
important, but soft skills
and personal branding also
play a signi icant role in
career advancement. Career
coaches offer valuable
insights into effective
communication, leadership,
teamwork, and emotional
intelligence. They guide
individuals in honing these
skills, which are crucial for
excelling in any professional
setting. Moreover, career
coaches help individuals
cultivate a strong
professional brand,
ensuring that their online
presence and networking
efforts align with their
goals.
Navigating Career
Transitions
Many professionals
encounter points in their
careers where transitions
become
inevitable—whether it's
changing industries, shifting
roles, or pursuing
entrepreneurial endeavors.
Career coaches specialize in
helping individuals navigate
these transitions smoothly.
They provide guidance on
building transferable skills,
highlighting relevant
experiences, and crafting
compelling narratives that
showcase an individual's
adaptability and potential.
Accountability and
Motivation
Achieving professional goals
often requires consistent
effort and resilience. Career
coaches serve as
accountability partners,
regularly checking in with
individuals to assess their
progress and offer guidance.
This ongoing support helps
individuals stay on track,
maintain momentum, and
overcome obstacles.
Moreover, career coaches

'World's Most Prominent
Career Coaches to Follow
in 2023,' The Education

Duignan, Founder of AD
Connects, who, as a
competent career coach,
helps her clients pursue
their dreams and inds them
ful illing roles.
Below are highlights of the
interview:
Please tell us about your
journey since its
beginning.
While at University, I really
didn't know what I wanted
to do, so I started working
as a receptionist for a Real
Estate company, with the
plan to progress through
into sales. During this time,
I worked for two different
irms and was told in my
last role that I would not
make it in sales and to stay
in an admin-type role.
This was a turning point
for me; with both the
negative thinking and my
own confusion about what I
wanted to do, I started job
hopping, working in
different roles for different
companies. Every time I
changed jobs, I just kept
feeling unhappy and
confused. I knew I needed
to ind a job I wanted to
build my career around. I
landed my irst recruitment
role working for a start-up
agency, which was perfect,
as I had intensive training
and learnt the ropes of the
Recruitment business,
where I learnt how to be a
recruiter/headhunter,
which I loved.
However, after a period, I
started to suffer burnout
from the intensity of having
to make targets, recruiting
jobs and chasing the perfect
candidate. I realised that
whilst I loved recruiting and
working with candidates, I
wouldn't say I liked the
transactional side of the
role. This was career-
changing for me, I was
ready to make a change, and
after many conversations
with my family and
colleagues, I decided to start
my own business, AD
Connects, in 2018. I started
with a simple goal, to
humanise and
personalise the recruitment
process, focusing less on the
transactional side and more
on the people side!
What inspired you to
become a career coach?
Having worked in
recruitment for over eight
years, I saw irsthand every
day how so many of my
candidates, who had
amazing experiences, lacked
the con idence to go after
their dreams. This I could
relate to from my own
career, and I hate the idea of
someone sitting in a job
they don't love instead of
going after what they want.
It was a natural and organic
progression for me to
leverage my own experience
and my recruitment skills to
move into career coaching.
My focus shifted. I wanted
to do more than recruit; I
wanted to help and support
people through their career
changes, help them
understand what they really
wanted in their careers,
learn how to incorporate
strategy into their career
choices, how to job search
effectively and handle the
interview process. My aim
was to unlock the
opportunities and inspire
people to make the right
move con idently and ind a
role they truly loved!
How do you stay current
with the latest research
and trends in the ield of
career coaching?
I'm a life-long learner; I
listen to podcasts, attend
master classes in the ield,
and I am on LinkedIn most
of the day researching and
observing coaching trends
from my peers. I also feel
the best way to be on top of
career coaching is through
not only personal research
but working with people;
every day, I'm sharing and
learning new skills, and my
coaching services are
constantly evolving.
I also keep up to date with
what is happening in the
economy, what is changing
for businesses and the
behaviour of candidates in
roles or looking for roles.
For example, 'The Great
Resignation' triggered lots
of debate and discussion for
both businesses – how to
retain staff through to
candidates willing to quit
and move roles.

What challenges have you

you overcome them?
A big challenge for me is my
availability; my one-on-one
coaching sessions book up
quickly and in advance. To
overcome this, I developed a
series of coaching services
to allow someone options
on how they would like to
engage with me today
rather than waiting a couple
of weeks. In addition to one-
on-one coaching, I now offer
group coaching, master

courses, interviews and
LinkedIn eBooks.
How do you incorporate
technology into your

To support my coaching

implemented the following
tools:
• CMS system to manage
and track my clients, to
make sure I remember
everything to keep my
business super
personalised.
• Zoom meetings for

prominent personality in
the ield of career coaching,
Mohamed Saed Hassan
Helmy, General Manager
Malls at TMG (Talaat

Mohamed has experience in
successfully coordinating
the activities of various
departments concerned
with overall management.
Below are the highlights of
the interview:
Please tell us about your
journey since its
beginning.
I graduated as a Vet. Doctor
in 1998, and since then, I
have experienced different
industries and ields, from
medicine to asset
management. Throughout
the past 25 years, I was able
to develop a vast experience
in the ields of business and
people management; I spare
no effort in developing
myself and my knowledge
through different soft and
technical skills up to
inishing my MBA & ICSM
and PMP.
What inspired you to
become a career coach?
Throughout my life, I
realised that being able to
impact, change and enhance
people's lives by clarifying
and guiding their thinking
mindset to bene it them
better is the biggest
achievement anyone can
attain, and it's the true
legacy of any person, after
all, it represents the
cornerstone for all human
progress and development.
How do you stay current
with the latest research

career coaching?
I see a tremendous amount
of growth and development
in the ield of career
coaching and shifting
human mindsets to achieve
more due to the increased
awareness of the
importance of Human
Resources and
organizational behaviour
science.
So, I have been
attempting to research the
ield of career coaching, and
I have been looking at
successful career coaches
like Jackie Mitchell and
others.
What challenges have you
come across, and how did
you overcome them?
I've come across multiple
challenges in my life
experiences, but the most
dif icult ones were during
my last assignment at GM
Mall, where I had to manage
an enormous number of
people with different
cultures, objectives, and
attitudes to achieve one
goal as one team and
develop our assets.
I was able to overcome it
by understanding that we
are humans, not machines,
and if you want them to
perform, you need to
understand their mindset
and needs and ind a way to
align their career needs
with the corporate
objectives.
How do you incorporate
technology into your
coaching?
Incorporating recent
technology is no longer an
option. It's a mandatory
requirement in every part of
our life, and of course, in the
coaching area, it is getting
strong because it has
become required for
coaching others in different
countries; that is one of the
key moments where
communication technology
plays a major role.
What do you believe are
the most important
qualities of a successful
career coach?
The most important
qualities are true life
experience through multiple
failure and success stories,
strong communication
skills, strong presentation
skills and a well-prepared
mind.
How do you differentiate
instruction to meet the
needs of different clients?

As an accredited

attained one yet, but as my
job implies, I have been
practising career coaching
on a daily basis for the past
15 years.
What would be your
advice to people

My advice is to keep

and fear are all vital parts of
everyone's success journey.

What makes you and your
coaching methodology
different from others?
I do not seek to compare
myself to others in my
search for change, as it is a
philosophy, not a
competition. I aim to be
better than what I was
yesterday and to be able to

Ejourney as a career

stepping onto a dynamic
and ever-changing
landscape. Career coaching
is a profession that revolves
around guiding individuals
toward achieving their
professional goals,
enhancing their personal
growth, and navigating the
complexities of their
careers. As career coaches
navigate this path, they
encounter a range of
challenges and
opportunities that shape
their practice and impact
the lives of those they assist.
In this blog, we'll delve into
the various aspects of
navigating these challenges
and seizing opportunities in
the realm of career
coaching.
The Shifting Landscape of
Careers
The modern world of work
is marked by rapid changes,
technological
advancements, and evolving
industry trends. As career
coaches, staying abreast of
these developments is
crucial. Navigating the
challenges posed by a
shifting career landscape
involves staying informed
about emerging job roles,
industries, and skill
requirements. This
knowledge enables career
coaches to provide relevant
guidance to clients, helping
them align their goals with
the ever-evolving demands
of the job market.
Adapting to Diverse Client
Needs
Each individual comes with
a unique set of aspirations,
challenges, and
circumstances. One of the
challenges career coaches
36. encounter is the need to
tailor their approach to
meet diverse client needs
effectively. Navigating this
challenge requires honing
strong communication
skills, active listening, and
empathy. By understanding
the nuances of each client's
journey, career coaches can
create personalized
strategies that resonate
with their clients' goals and
experiences.
Balancing Support and
Independence
A delicate balance exists
between providing guidance
and allowing clients to take
ownership of their career
paths. Career coaches must
ind the sweet spot where
they empower clients to
make informed decisions
while offering support and
insights when needed.
Navigating this balance
requires fostering a sense of
autonomy in clients while
ensuring they have access to
the resources and guidance
they require to succeed.
Embracing the Power of
Networking
Networking is a cornerstone
of professional success, and
career coaches are no
exception. Opportunities
often arise through
connections and
collaborations with fellow
coaches, industry experts,
and professionals from
various ields. Engaging in
networking activities and
staying connected within
the coaching community
opens up avenues for
collaboration, knowledge
sharing, and mutual
support, enriching the
career coaching journey.
Leveraging Technology
and Digital Tools
The digital age has
transformed the way
individuals access
information and resources.
Career coaches can leverage
technology to expand their
reach and enhance their
impact. This presents
opportunities to offer
virtual coaching sessions,
create online resources, and
connect with clients from
different geographical
locations. Navigating this
digital landscape involves
embracing digital tools,
staying updated on virtual
coaching best practices, and
ensuring that the coaching
experience remains
effective and engaging in a
virtual format.
Turning Challenges into
Learning Opportunities
Challenges are an inevitable
part of any profession, and
career coaching is no
exception. Whether it's
helping clients navigate
career transitions,
addressing uncertainties, or
tackling imposter
syndrome, career coaches
often ind themselves
dealing with complex
issues. Navigating these
challenges requires a
growth mindset – viewing
obstacles as opportunities
for learning and
development. By
approaching challenges
with curiosity and
adaptability, career coaches
can develop innovative
solutions that enhance their
coaching practice.
The Rewarding Journey of
Transformation
Amidst the challenges,
career coaches are also
presented with the
immense opportunity to
witness transformational
journeys. Guiding
individuals through career
transitions, witnessing their
growth, and celebrating
their successes is a deeply
rewarding aspect of this
profession. Career coaches
play a pivotal role in helping
clients recognize their
potential, overcome
obstacles, and achieve their
dreams. The impact they
make extends beyond the
professional realm,
in luencing clients'
con idence, well-being, and
overall quality of life.
Embracing Lifelong
Learning
In the realm of career
coaching, learning is a
lifelong pursuit. The
landscape of careers,
industries, and personal
development is constantly
evolving, and career
coaches must adapt to
remain relevant and
effective. Continuing
education, attending
workshops, pursuing
certi ications, and staying
updated on the latest
industry trends are integral
to a career coach's journey.
By embodying a
commitment to lifelong
learning, career coaches not
only enhance their own
skills but also set an
example for their clients.
Cultivating a Holistic
Approach
The role of a career coach
extends beyond resume
building and interview
preparation. It encompasses
guiding individuals to align
their careers with their
values, passions, and life
goals. Navigating this
holistic approach involves
delving into clients'
aspirations, uncovering
their strengths, and helping
them de ine success on
their terms. By embracing
this approach, career
coaches create a
comprehensive and
meaningful impact on their
clients' lives.
In Conclusion
Navigating challenges and
opportunities as a career
coach is a multifaceted
journey that demands
adaptability, resilience, and
continuous learning. By
staying attuned to industry
changes, embracing diverse
client needs, balancing
support and independence,
and leveraging networking
and technology, career
coaches can make a lasting
impact on their clients'
lives. Ultimately, the journey
of a career coach is marked
by the empowerment of
others, the pursuit of
personal growth, and the
relentless pursuit of
excellence in the pursuit of
professional success and
ful illment.
As the journey unfolds,
career coaches ind
themselves at the
intersection of inspiration,
guidance, and
transformation – a place
where possibilities are
explored, goals are
achieved, and lives are
forever changed.

her brainchild, The
People's Partner, and
work with executive and

develop the skills,
competencies, cultural
intelligence, and visibility
needed to establish the
next generation of strong
leaders.
Below are the highlights
from the interview:
Please tell us about your
journey since its
beginning.
My journey was an
interesting one. I started
off my career working in
HR; I have been in the
industry for more than 25
years; where I started off
as an in-house HR
Manager and quickly
progressed in the role.
I soon started getting
itchy feet and wanted to
see if I could do this as an
entrepreneur. I was
fortunate enough to get a
chance to share my
experience on stage, and
that was the catalyst for
me to start my own
business. After speaking
on stage, that night, I had a
dream that I should start
my own business. The
name The People's Partner
sounded so itting as I love
partnering with people,
and within a week, I
started the business. No
business plan, no
roadmap, no strategy, but
what I did have was heart
and passion and that has
taken me through all these
years. I do now have a plan
and strategy in Ace!
What inspired you to
become a career coach?
With an extensive
background in HR, I
became adept at perusing
and evaluating CVs while
also assisting employees
with their personal and
professional growth in the
workplace. It's hardly
surprising that I naturally
transitioned into career
coaching. This soon
broadened to encompass
LinkedIn optimization,
conducting mock
interviews, and re ining
CVs for individuals either
transitioning careers or
starting their career
journey.
But really, the true
inspiration came from my
innate ability to help
others. I could see a need,
and I had what it took to
solve that need. I was able
to use my years of
experience to help
individuals get jobs, more
money or even take the
step to move on to
something bigger and
often better.
How do you stay current
with the latest research
and trends in the ield of
career coaching?
I am a member of the
CIPD, which is the
professional body for HR
practitioners. Through this
body, I have to keep
updated with
advancements and
changes in the girl, which
includes career coaching.
I'm an MCIPD which
means I have to keep my
CPD updated. I also signed
up for a number of
newsletters and emails
from large and well-
known coaching brands.
What challenges have
you come across, and
how did you overcome
them?
My challenges were mainly
personal. I have battled
with imposter syndrome
for many years. I knew I
was good enough but

Another challenge I have
faced in my career as an
HR professional is the
value misalignment when
working with certain
clients. Working with
some companies and
brands for credibility's

operate is strictly polar
opposites to the values

How do you incorporate
technology into your

I use tech tools to support
the administration of my

that allows me to manage
my time and project
manage my work. A few
good apps are Rise and
Notion - they both help
you maintain productivity.
I also use Youcanbookme
for scheduling my

Calendy.
What do you believe are
the most important
qualities of a successful
career coach?
One of the most important
qualities is active listening.
No greater skill is required
than a career coach that is
able to summarize,
provide feedback,
question, and build up all
because they have engaged
in active listening.
How do you differentiate
instruction to meet the
needs of different
clients?
Every client is different
and has their own needs. I
usually start by going
through an assessment
with them, and that helps
me identify what type of
person the client is and
how they like to work. To
get the best out of my
career coaching clients, it
requires and level of
communication and
understanding, and this
differs from person to

Kindly mention some of
your major
achievements, accolades,
and recognitions as a
career coach.
I have won numerous
awards for my
professional work as a
leader in this space. My
most recent award was for
leadership in luencer,
which I was awarded in
Dubai.
What would be your
advice to people
struggling to ind the
right career path?
Identify what your top 3
non-negotiables are; what
things you are not willing
to compromise on? It
could be the rate of pay. It
could be the location. Be
very clear on that. Then
identify three things you
are willing to be lexible
on. This way, you know
exactly where to start and
where to look.
Finding the right career
path can be very daunting.
You need to know which
way to turn, so having a
coach or mentor is vital for
your decision -making and
guidance, and
accountability.
Can you shed some light
on your future plans?
Looking ahead, I plan to
author a book guiding
small and diverse business
owners on how to obtain
corporate contracts,
bypassing the often-
complicated tendering and
procurement process. The
book will underscore
various strategies for
penetrating the corporate
market.
However, I am excited to
announce the organization
of my inaugural event, The

London 2023. This event
aims to empower small
and diverse business
owners by enhancing their
visibility and readiness for
the corporate marketplace,
thereby enabling them to

My mission is to
