RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervision: Overseeing all construction activities on a daily basis; controlling and
executing works of sub-contractors
• Team Building: Selecting and organizing a team of specialized workers and sub-
contractors
• Resource Optimization: Ensuring productive use of machines, labor and materials
• Problem Solving: Monitoring the work along with problems that arise and contacting
the installers and contractors, particularly when there are problems on the project
• Cost Control: Supplying data to costs control, planning and invoice departments
• Time Management: Managing work in shifts, focusing especially on night shift works, to
ensure that work is being completed on time, with safety and quality
• Preparing Reports: Managing daily reports from all foremen and supervisors, and
presenting the achieved goals or eventual delays with justifications
• Correspondence: Preparing inspection requests related to work done on the site and
forwarding them to the consultant
• Structural Work: Excavations, foundations, walls, columns, beams and slabs, hollowcore
• Finishing Work: Carried out finishing tasks including block work, plastering and painting
