13. GENERAL
As can be noticed, we were not involved in any other Developments over the past Sixteen
(16) Years, due to the fact that we were occupied at all times with building and alterations
for Mr Brian Clarence and the Birchwood Executive Hotel.
The Owner of all the above-mentioned Properties, Mr Brian Clarence, unfortunately lost
the fight against cancer and sadly passed away in October 2013. Since then, the
Birchwood Hotel sold shares to Hospice International who utilize their own Building
Contractors.
On all the above-mentioned Projects we were audited by KPMG and a clean audit was
received on all Projects
