1. Project 9 – Market (ing) for sustainable agriculture & commerce
Context
The University Foundation for Development Cooperation (USOS)wants to
inform students about important issues such as sustainable agriculture in North & South.
Join us to involve more students in the North-South thematic, by promoting this theme by
a promotional campaign and the design & organisation of an interactive and educational
market concept for sustainable products coming from sustainable agriculture and
commerce
EPS 2015 in Antwerp

2. Goal? Design, promote, organize, evaluate and review an interactive student oriented market on
sustainable agriculture & commerce with focus on participation and awareness raising.
Where? At the city campus of University of Antwerp
in close collaboration with the University Foundation for Development Cooperation (www.usos.be) and possible
interested companies/organizations.
Who? Students with a for sustainable development, international cooperation with partners in the South
& North (India, Congo, Guatemala,…) & event management with a study background in
• Construction engineering (to materialize the market)
• Agriculture/North-South /development cooperation studies
• Social work
• Multimedia
• Teacher training (for the educative, awareness rising part towards students)
• Event management
• Business and technology
• Marketing and product placement
• Food industry
