Usages and key words – Хэрэглээ ба цаг заасан түлхүүр үгнүүд:
We use present continuous tense when we talk about:
1 action happening at the time of speaking (-ж байна):
now, right now, at the moment
She is doing her homework right now.
Тэр яг одоо даалгавраа хийж байна.
We are going for a picnic at the moment.
Бид яг одоо зугаалганд явж байна.

2 action happening around the time of speaking (-ж байгаа):
at present, nowadays, these days, currently, recently, for the time being
He is training hard these days and losing a lot of weight.
Тэр сүүлийн үед шургуу бэлтгэл хйиж байгаа бөгөөд жин их хасаж байгаа.
Tuul is talking on the phone too much recently.
Туул ойрд утсаар их ярьж байгаа.
