1. A 23 year old male patent presented to GKGH in surgical opd with
cheif complaints of :
SEVERE ABDOMINAL PAIN IN RIGHT
FLANK REGION
NAUSEA
CINICALLY PATIENT HAS
FRANK TENDERNESS IN RIF
2. Advised ultrasonography to check for
ACUTE APPENDICITIS
USG given without any evident abnormalities
We prescribed medication according to USG report
Patient went to outside investigation centre and diagnosed as
9.3 mm ACUTE APPENDICITIS WITH INFLAMMATION .
PATIENT ADMITTED AND OPERATED ON EMERGENCY BASIS
