and presenting effective methodology.

reductions, architectural drawing validation for construction engineering.

•Contracting Major Equipment and services using Architect Drawings and
Specifications, matched to Supplier Drawings/ Cut sheets to validate correct
installations, or request change orders to Supplier (Modify Standard Equipment) or
Construction Engineering for Drawing Change Orders.
•Project management of the Capital Equipment Procurement
~$60,000,000 with HUD Guaranteed Loan
•Facilities integration with Construction
Engineering and Contractors Schedules,
Under HUD Guidelines, Risk Managements
Approvals and AMC & OSHA Rules.
•Scheduled with Departments and small receiving dock
achieving just in time delivery for 95%+ of all deliveries.
*Instrumental in spend savings $3m in $52m,
equipment procurements with detailed tracking
(linked Spreadsheets) and biweekly reporting.
•Working with, and presenting to Purchasing staff,
and upper management (Director & VP Levels)
development of new processes and procedures.
•Process flow development with multiple department
managers, integrating, implementing and
presenting effective methodology.
