Experience
2012- AT&T Wire Technician
I have installed uverse tv, internet, and phones, along with Direct tv,
trouble shoot Phone lines. Run several meters for trouble shooting.
Also I am Saftey person in our yard.
2010 -2012 MC252 Oil Spill Response direct subcontractor for BP
Site Safety.
Processed root cause and analysis.
Maintained safety and project needs to work offshore on boats,
barges, heavy equipment in all elements of weather. Site lead for
safety contractors on Islands. Performed safety audits and made
suggestions and changes as needed. Prepared safety plans and
updates as needed. Worked with contractors for special projects in
remote areas using boats, utv’s, tractors and other equipment.
Updated MSDS sheets as new products where introduced to project.
Site Safety Observer for the MC252 Gulf Oil Spill. Performed safety
audits and determined where the hot and warm zones were for each
site that would best protect the environment and human safety. Led
safety meetings and also supplied proper PPE to contractors as
needed.
3. 2011- LVI/ Northstar Recovery Hurricane Irene
Worked Hurricane Irene in New Hampshire and Vermont. Oversaw
safety for the Sears and Kmart, flood cuts and tear out. Had to
maintain the safe for electrical, generators, proper PPE along with
other necessary equipment to maintain a safe working environment
in harsh conditions prior to rebuild and set up inside stores.

1990-July 2009 State of Florida St. Johns River Water
Management District (SJRWMD)
Worked with Division Directors , staff and outside entities to
accomplish the goals of the water well construction regulatory
program. Project Lead for several high profile projects for the
SJRWMD.

Worked on the primary data needed to develop a Statement of
Estimated Regulatory Costs (SERC) for the Department of
Environmental Protection (DEP) rulemaking process and rule
development for Florida Administrative Code (FAC) 40C-3.
Coordinated rulemaking efforts with all five water managements,
DEP, and industry representatives with the Florida Groundwater
Association (FGWA). Led project team developing on-line permit
applications.
Collected soil, water and sediment samples for various parameters.
Evaluated sample results and recommended remedial actions.
Operated and maintained limited use water supply systems.Worked
