Transaction Services
Woodside Energy Ltd, Compliance Reporting and
Support, 2015.
Cassandra prepared annual environmental compliance
reports for each of Woodside’s offshore production
facilities to meet Regulation 15 of the Offshore
Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage (Environment)
Regulations 2009 (OPGGS(E)R). Cassandra prepared a
summary of environmental performance against
performance outcomes, standards and measurement
criteria and other monitoring requirements detailed in
relevant Environment Plans for submission to the
Commonwealth Regulator NOPSEMA.

Environmental Due Diligence, 2015.
Cassandra provided environmentally advisory services,
including authoring a number of sections for a VEDD
Report to support activities in relation to a proposed
program of asset transactions. This project involved a 2-
week secondment in the ERM Brisbane office. The
deliverables were provided to the vendor, within very
tight deadlines.

Cassandra assisted the Project Team in Perth and
Singapore by screening a large number of documents
and flagging potentially material issues, under a strict
deadline from the client. The deliverables were provided
to the vendor, within very tight deadlines. The Project
has now been awarded Phase 2 from the client.
Shell Development Australia, Health Safety and
Environment Procedures, 2014 - 2015.
Cassandra drafted a range of Health Safety and
Environment Procedures for Shell’s oil and gas
operations within Australia. The procedures cover a
range of areas including regulatory approvals and
compliance, managing a pandemic and waste
management.
INPEX Corporation, Environmental Audit, 2013.
Cassandra assisted and travelled with the Lead Auditor
for an Environmental Audit of the East Arm dredging
program as part of the Ichthys Gas Field Development
Project, located in Darwin, Northern Territory. This
audit was undertaken in accordance with the
Environment Protection Approval 8 (EPA8) and
INPEX’s Dredging and Spoil Disposal Management Plan
(DSDMP).

Monitoring, 2014.
Cassandra assisted with groundwater sampling using
hydrosleeves at 5 sites in the South-West (Bunbury,
Collie, Busselton, Dunsborough, Margaret River).
Cassandra was also the Site Supervisor to a contracted
surveyor at the sites over 2-days and assisted in the
levelling process.
Halliburton – Mintech Chemical Industries Pty Ltd,
Groundwater Monitoring Event, 2013.
Cassandra assisted the Project team with low-flow
groundwater sampling of monitoring wells on site in
Rockingham, Western Australia.
Shell Australia, Groundwater Monitoring Event, 2013.
Cassandra assisted the Project team with low-flow
groundwater sampling of monitoring wells at various
Shell sites around the Perth metropolitan area.
Burrup Nitrates Pty Ltd (BNPL), Technical Ammonium
Nitrate Production Facility (TANPF), 2012 - 2013.
Cassandra assisted the Project Manager for BNPL’s
proposed TANPF on the Burrup Peninsula, Western
Australia. Cassandra travelled to the site, near Karratha,
and assisted the Field Supervisor with groundwater
sampling of monitoring wells, including slug testing.
Cassandra has travelled a number of times to this site.

Chevron Australia Pty Ltd, Strategic Support, 2014 -
2015.
Cassandra was Project Manager for the Strategic
Support contract and undertook duties such as billings,
monthly and quarterly reports, team management and
meeting with the Partner-in-Charge on a monthly basis.

Cassandra was Project Manager for the HQ Building
Project and undertook duties such as billings, monthly
and quarterly reports, team management and meeting
with the Partner-in-Charge on a monthly basis.

Hess Exploration Australia Pty Ltd, Canning Basin
Exploration Program, 2014.
Cassandra assisted the Project Manager by drafting an
EPBC Referral, incorporating the changes that were
made to two EP’s (an overarching EP and a bridging
EP).
Searcher Seismic Pty Ltd / Polarcus Seismic Ltd, North-
West Seismic Survey, 2014 – 2015.
Cassandra assisted the Project Team with the
preparation of two EP’s for 3D seismic surveys in waters
of the offshore Roebuck Basin. Tasks included the
drafting of the introduction, environmental management
framework, existing environment, stakeholder
consultation and the assessment of impacts and risks
(planned and unplanned). Cassandra also assisted the
Project Manager with invoicing for the project.
BP Developments Australia, Sensitivity Mapping, 2014
- 2015.
Cassandra assisted the Project Team by conducting a
gaps analysis for the physical, environmental and socio-
economic parameters of the Great Australian Bight
(Cape Pasley WA to Cape Catastrope SA).
Confidential client, Canning Basin Onshore Seismic
Survey EP, 2014.
Cassandra assisted the Project Manager with the
preparation of an EP for a 3D seismic survey situated
across the Kimberley/Pilbara boundary, WA.
As part of the EP, a Risk Workshop was conducted and
Cassandra drafted up the documentation for this.

Cassandra assisted the Project Manager with a report to
a confidential client on greenhouse gas emissions,
including regulatory requirements, future and emerging
trends and current industry practices.
Woodside Energy Ltd, Browse FLNG Environmental
Approvals, 2013 – 2015.
Cassandra assisted with the preparation of an EPBC Act
Referral in 2013. Cassandra assisted the Project team
with the draft EIS documentation to the Minister for the
Environment. She is familiar with Woodside’s systems,
style of commitments and compliance frameworks.
Chevron Australia Pty Ltd, Thevenard Island
Production and Cessation EP, 2013.
Cassandra assisted the Project team with the preparation
of an EPBC Act Referral for the retirement project
(including both onshore and offshore oil and gas
infrastructure) on Thevenard Island. Cassandra also
assisted the Project Manager with the Production and
Cessation EP which was successfully approved by the
Department of Mines and Petroleum. This EP was the
first of a number of EP’s required for the retirement of
the assets on and around Thevenard Island.
ExxonMobil, Marine Vessel Surveys, 2012 – 2013.
Cassandra assisted the Project Team with the pre- and
post-survey work and reporting of an offshore deep-
water survey for ExxonMobil within the North-west
Shelf in Commonwealth waters. Tasks included liaising
with subcontractors, QC, data entry using the data
program ESdat and editing of the Health and Safety Plan
(HASP), Interim and Characterisation reports.
Cassandra also assisted the Project team with an EP
regarding a drilling program which will take place post-
survey.

Cassandra assisted the Project team with the preparation
of two EPBC Act Referrals and three EPs for survey and
drilling campaigns for INPEX within the Browse Basin
in Commonwealth waters.

Assessment, 2012.
Cassandra assisted the Project Manager in completing a
desktop study of ConocoPhillips Australian projects and
the final draft of the risk assessment process and matrix
charts.

preparation of an EPBC Act Referral, EP and OSCP for a
drilling campaign by Santos in the Bonaparte Gulf, on
the boundary between Western Australia and the
Northern Territory.
