Duty & Responsibility:
Operation on fully PLC base WOIS & SCADA Operating system.
Responsible for the safe and proper operation of a power plant, switchyard and associated control
structures. Using local automatic/manual modes of operation, starts, stops, synchronizes and
regulates power and reactive loads on generators.
Operate or control power generating equipment, including boilers, generators, and reactors,
separator using control boards or semi-automatic equipment.
Control and maintain auxiliary equipment, such as pumps, fans, compressors, condensers,
feed water heaters, filters, to supply water, fuel, lubricants, air, and auxiliary power.
Control generator output to match the phase, frequency, and voltage of electricity supplied to
panels.
Make adjustments or minor repairs, such as tightening leaking gland and pipe joints; report
any needs for major repairs.
Regulate equipment operations and conditions such as water levels, based on data from
recording and indicating instruments or from computers.
Clean, lubricate, and maintain equipment such as generators, pumps, and compressors in
order to prevent equipment failure or deterioration.
2. Take readings from charts, meters and gauges at established intervals, and take corrective
steps as necessary.
Collect oil, water, and electrolyte samples for laboratory analysis.
Communicate with systems operators to regulate and coordinate transmission loads and
frequencies, and line voltages.
Inspect records and log book entries, and communicate with other plant personnel, in order
to assess equipment operating status
Record and compile operational data, completing and maintaining forms, logs, and reports.
Adjust controls to generate specified electrical power, or to regulate the flow of power
between generating stations and substations.
Replenish electrolytes in batteries and oil in voltage transformers, and reset tripped electric
relays.
Start or stop generators, auxiliary pumping equipment, turbines, and other power plant
equipment, and connect or disconnect equipment from circuits.
Using either control mechanisms or direct physical activity to operate machines or processes
(not including computers).
Place standby emergency electrical generators on line in emergencies and monitor the
temperature, output, and lubrication of the system.
Attend regular maintenance in engine( piston, cylinder head, liner, injector, fuel gallery, air
cooler, centrifugal lubricating oil filter, auto filter, turbocharger, high pressure pump...), lube oil
& HFO separator, booster unit, feeder pump, submersible pump, transfer pump, compressor,
boiler, pre-lubrication pump, LT & HT water pump.
Attend schedule maintenance in engine & auxiliary machineries such as 100 hrs, 500 hrs, 1000
hrs, 2000hrs,4000 hrs, 8000 hrs such as tappet check, injector pressure check, fuel flushing,
charge air cooler replace, hot deflection, piston secure bolt check, auto filter candle replace,
fuel filter replace etc.
Prepare generation report for 24 hrs plant factor & availability.

Job Description:
4. Hands on experience in the installation & commissioning of all marine equipment’s. To supervise
specific mechanical requirements on shipbuilding construction sites for all matters of health, safety,
environmental, quality or security controls that must be undertaken by the contractors in line with the
agreed scope of work for all construction activities being undertaken and to maintain all appropriate key
links with authorizers that are required to provide approvals for certain mechanical construction tasks to
proceed in line with the program requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
For monitoring daily work activities and reporting progress and issues of concern to the Construction
Manager.
Erection of machineries and equipments in ship as per engine room arrangement drawing.
Lead to contractors Installation, alignment pumps, crane, BOP, diverter, rotary table, iron
roughneck, fingerboard, offline activity crane, mooring winches, main engine, mud pump,
drawwork, life boat, heat exchanger, Drawwork, driller cabin, hydraulic cathode, various pump
such as sea water pump, fresh water pump, fire water pump etc.
Assisting commissioning such engine, life boat, winches, jacking system, skidding system, raw
water pump, BOP trolley, crane, various pump according test memo.
Leading maintenance team for such a engine , pump, compressor, crane and others drilling
equipment.
Ensure that all works are installed and executed in accordance with the contract documents.
To be proactively involved in supporting the Construction Manager throughout the duration of a
project.
To maintain an accurately detailed daily site diary of site conditions, progress and the resources
available to undertake the work activities throughout the construction phase.
For maintaining Quality Control and Test Inspection Plans (within their discipline) for the

and Project manager.
Assist the commercial and planning department
Monitor the progress on project as well as responsible for mechanical works on project basis and manage
all mechanical all project stuff.
Problem Solving:
To work closely with customer to minimize problem do right way first time.
To provide immediate acceptable solution if there is any issue to stop moving job.
To discuss with engineer and manager take prevention method in future.
