Context
My wife and I have been able to travel extensively, live overseas and in our
professional careers had responsibility for visiting and reviewing tertiary
programmes for the NZ Qualifications Authority and related facilities throughout
New Zealand. We moved to Eastbourne many years ago and latterly we
frequented our local café Giseles Kitchen. We are very pleased to offer positive
comment about Dinesh.
Comment
Dinesh was co–owner and built up a successful café in Eastbourne, Lower Hutt,
and Wellington. He prepared high quality food for the café so that the café was
the one we, and many others, preferred among the varied offerings in our area.
The food and coffee were both of excellent quality but it was Dinesh’s personality
and hard work that were the positive factors in what became his own successful
business.
He so obviously enjoys providing food to his customers’ taste and was genuinely
interested in honest feedback. His engaging personality was an added bonus.
Since the business was sold to new owners the café re has not kept up its
clientele, and we now go elsewhere. Personality, knowledge of his craft and hard
work are such positive factors and that’s what Dinesh has in abundance.
