It seems there is so much more. My life is full of daily creating both at home and
bringing treats and fresh flowers into the office to brighten the day.
Being spontaneous and creative to bring a smile to the faces of all I meet is what I
do. Life is too short not to smile, or bring a smile to the face of a stranger face.
My motto
Live each day to the fullest through sharing my talents. As a mother, grandmother, sister, daughter I have
been blessed with many strengths that allows me to uplift, encourage and help others. Whether it is a
smile, a short chat, holding the hand of a child or an elderly woman or gentleman or making a meal, people
are my passion. I am a creative idea person, a cook, camper, crafter, scrap booker and I lovechildren.
My New Career Goal
Activities Coordinator for Assisted Living
Qualifications
Budget conscious
Love people
Creative, idea person
Comfortable around the elderly
Comfortable meeting new people
I have many experiences with assisted living centers and interaction with the elderly. My father was in
an assisted living center and I was around quite often to observe and to assist with some of the
activities, crafts, etc. My mother-in-law had a major surgical procedure 2014 and I was there to support
her while in the hospital and was her care giver for 2 weeks when she returned home. I monitored and
administered her meds, cooked for her, and was solely responsible for her care.
My passion is people. It would be very satisfying and know that my passion will shine through as I
meet and plan for your residents and their families.
Warm Regards,
Jeanette Stenberg
