PROFILE
I have a lot of experience in Bar/Pub work, retail and enjoy working in a social environment. Customer
relationships are important to me as I feel they add a friendly aspect to the occupation and boost
customer satisfaction. I am optimistic, creative and hard working. I like a challenge, learning new skills
and meeting new people. I have a bold personality and am confident enough not to let negative criticism
deter me but rather drive me to do my best.

customers,filing,dailytakings and testing electronics goods for qualityand condition being traded in to the store.

satisfaction,cleaning and stock rotation.As a local pub,being close with customers and remembering small details
like interests and birthdays were importantto make them feel welcome and needed.

keeping the bar area and restaurantclean and presentable.
I have full computer skills including MicrosoftOffice and Adobe Photoshop,and have a BIIAB Level 2 Award for
Personal Licence Holders.Ialso have a week's work experience as a teaching as sistantin a primary school and as a
chef in Panda Yummy Noodle.
In my spare time I play guitar, ukulele,piano,and banjo.I also like to work out in the gym as personal health and
fitness is incrediblyimportantto me.To earn extra moneyin my spare time,I trade 12" Vinyl records and design
Clothing,stickers and canvas art for RedBubble.com.This has given me knowledge,experience and appreciation for
business and online marketing. My future aspiration is to run my own pub,restaurantand/or bed and breakfast.
