Afghanistan. Developed and implemented the command’s CI strategy and plans; served as the
focal point for all CI issues impacting the command and identified and coordinated command CI
requirements and CI support to the command. Briefed an overview of investigation, operations,
collection activities and production matters relevant to the command or occurring within the
command’ area of responsibility. Provided oversight to the CI program. Served as the
command’s link to the Theater Counterintelligence Coordinating Authority (T-CICA) on matters

that support intelligence analysis and production efforts of the Pacific Command (PACOM) Joint
Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC), USARPAC Analysis and Control Element (ACE), 301st
MI Bn, 441st MI Bn in support of the USARPAC CG’s PIRs. Validated CI/HUMINT
requirements and submitted requirements up to the national level. Provided oversight and
guidance to the HUMINT Analysis Cell (HAC) to provide quality analysis and evaluation of
IIRs written in theater.
٠Revalidated 65 expired CI/HUMINT Collection Requirements from various
