Senior Watch Officer and Site Lead on a 24x7 watch within the DNDO responsible for monitoring the status of the
Global Nuclear Detection Architecture (GNDA). Manage 10 Watch Officers who assists the On-call Federal Officer
(OCF) with managing the flow of information from all desk officers and the Joint Analysis Center Collaborative
Information System (JACCIS), monitor multiple unclassified and classified e-mail accounts, and coordinate with
other Federal/State/Territorial/Tribal/Local (FSTTL) agencies operations centers. Communicates with senior
executives in the Federal government and participate in National Operations Center (NOC) Blast Calls and monitor
the status of GNDA related alarms/events, training request, and NOC Phased events. Responsible for managing,
tracking and facilitation of responses to Requests for Information (RFI’s). Coordinate National-Level Reporting
involving Global Nuclear events that could have national impact; provide quality assurance to all reports prior to
being sent to the OCF and senior DHS leadership. Daily coordination with several external liaison desks at the DHS
National Operation Center, the NCO Senior Watch Officer, and all FSTTL partners.

Assistant Senior Watch Officer on a 24x7 watch and warning center, monitoring the 16-National Critical
Infrastructure sectors. Assists Senior Watch Officer with managing the flow of information from desk officers,
subordinate NICC DHS elements, other Federal operations centers, state and local organizations. Communicates
with senior executives in the Federal government during domestic all hazards events and manages an operational
watch team of four to ten personnel. Responsible for the managing, tracking, facilitation of responses and Requests
for Information (RFI’s). Reviewed suspicious activity reports related to Critical Infrastructure and approve reports
for release to private sector and other government agencies. Coordinate National-Level Reporting involving
National Critical Infrastructure; provide quality assurance to all reports prior to being sent to Senior Watch Officer
and DHS leadership. Coordinate operations of several external liaison desks at the DHS National Operation Center
and the National Cyber Security & Communications Integration Center (NCCIC). Daily coordination with the office
