I began as an entry level Packager at Nibco and was promoted to a Cell Technician 1 within 4 months. With my dedication,
ability to learn quickly, perseverance, and motivation for improvement, I was chosen for the position in spite of my low
seniority. I am currently responsible for the installation, maintenance, and preparation of injection molds for the machines. I
have also put together PowerPoint presentations for training sessions and have helped out with computer and sound issues as
