I am currently working on several infrastructure projects as well as application upgrades
throughout North West Indiana including the design and build out of a new Data Center and
the Infrastructure build out for a 4 story ICUSurgery building. I work directly with Network
Engineers and Architects to plan and coordinate the installation of the IT, Telecomm and
Clinical Engineering Infrastructures and all of the peripheral devices.
 Responsible for all of the IT equipment purchases, tracking and resource management
for my projects.
 Managed dozens of Infrastructure Network and Server upgrades on our Cisco
LANWAN and VM Server farms.
 Recently completed a Telecomm IP Phone implementation for a new clinic with an
Avaya IP Gateway and over 200 IP Phones and 400 new PC's.
 Completed a Project for a $38 million dollar EPIC Hospital Information System
installation where I Project Managed the IT Programmers, Implementation Team,
vendor management and controlledthe infrastructure and hardware budgets. This
Project was completed two weeks ahead of schedule and was well under budget
compared to the vendors initial estimated project plan at a comparable implementations
at one of our sister facilities.
