Service Technician - Insight Enterprises- March 2019 - Present
As a Service Technician I performed installation, modification, repair, and testing on systems and communications equipment,
including, but not limited to: hardware and peripherals;software configuration; voice, video and data cabling systems;and
networks. I also tracked fixed assets, inventory, and installed images on desktops and laptops fromnetwork servers and
peripheral devices.
Part-time Supervisor – UPS – October 2018 – March 2019
I was a part-timesupervisor at UPS. On a daily basis I manage a team up to 10 individuals.
I maintain a safe working environment by training new hires and retraining current staff in safe work methods.
I also collect and analyzeperformance data from the previous day and create reports. I lead, educate, and develop company
employees. I supervise and direct employee work and monitor employee performance, including theadministration of discipline
as appropriate. Monitor and analyzeall opportunities to cut costs and improve efficiencies. Pay attention to details,
communication and interpersonal abilities, multitasking, and computer operation. Conduct pre-shift meetings and provide

Package Handler – UPS – April 2017 – October 2018
I was a loader for UPS where I loaded packages into the trailer in a fast pace setting. I would check and verify that each package
going into the trailer would be safely delivered and going to the correct destination. I also did other duties such as making sure
packages are flowing smoothly throughout the facility, and to help take oversized, overweight, and irregular packages to trailers.
I met the requirements for all the physicaldemands such as lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 150 pounds.
PC Technician/Tablet/IntegratedTechnician – Zones – March 2017 – April 2017
In this job position I was involved to load operating systems by cloning/ghost/imagining to a group of laptops at atime, prepare
computers/tablets for customorders. Install applications, software, and configure various devices (PCs, tablets, POS systems
laptops, etc.). Theprocess was usually to unpack theorder that needed to be setup with operating systems. connect thecomputers
with RJ45 cables to a server where we got thespecific data we needed to clone. Configure settings in theBIOS, let thecloning
process finish. After its complete we set up the computers with credentials (If specified in the order), then finally repackage the
computers so they can be delivered to it's destination. Theseorders were usually for food franchises, schools, and other
organizations.
Kitchen cook - McDonalds - April 2016- March 2017
My position was in the kitchen of McDonald's, cooking food, frying food, and also performing other duties as a kitchen worker. I
also did some maintenance work whenever it was needed.
Computer repair - YTC (Cyber service) - October 2013- October 2016
I used to be a member of YTC that repaired donated broken computers. These computers would be first given to us to fix and
donate back to peoplein need of computers. We would repair computers on theweekdays after school for a few hours. More
specifically, we would repair computers that had both hardware and softwareissues. Checking hardware such as RAM, hard
drives, power supplies, CPUs, and installing new components and peripherals. We would also diagnose every computer that
came into the room and made sure it came out of theroom as if it was a new born baby, with all of its arms and legs or in this
case monitors and cables. I've also taught new members about computers by explaining technical documents, technical terms in a
simplified manner, and demonstrated procedures hands-on. I enjoy teaching what I'm able to.

I worked with this company from time to time whenever help was needed. I’ve helped with theJohn Hancock building after it
caught on fire. Theduties I performed in this job were air duct cleaning, flood clean ups, wall repair, insulation, etc.

I used to work for Catholic Charities organization making food packages so they can be delivered to retirement homes for
seniors. This was just a summer job.
