JOB PROFILE:
To have hand on experience in maintenance and repairs of a fleet of size of 100 buses Preferable
on TATA / Leyland make with both diesel as well as CNG operated.
To be conversant with maintenance and repair of all the minor / major and sub-assemblies on
TATA/ Leyland make buses including overhauling of engines, Pump, Gear box, differential,
turbochargers etc.
Quality control-to carry out quality check of each spare part brought in the unit.
To maintain up to date record of preventive and corrective maintenance, which include cost on
repair and maintenance of each bus and entire fleet of the depot.
To ensure proper documentation of all fleet maintenance activities, sheets,records, cards and
keep All data update at all times in register/excel/software.
To have knowledge of plan and machinery equipment’s, tools, special tools etc.to Be used for
vehicle maintenance.
To be able to handle and build a team of approx. 50-60 workers by initiating motivational
