PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
2010 – current Continental Inc. Anderson, Indiana
Support Procurement specialist
 Assigned to Remy International for research and purchase of parts and support supplies. Ensures Maintenance
department maintains maximum up time of all production and test equipment.
 Purchase equipment and supplies needed by different build teams, and test areas. Includes preserving crib stock,
controlling inventory of stored equipment at offsite locations, and light maintenance work.
 Works varying shifts to keep 24 hour coverage.
Design build specialist
 Assigned to Remy International to work with engineering staff in the building of prototype electric motors
(Hybird build) used in cars, trucks, Heavy and off road machinery, and motorcycles.
 Involved with the process creating the laminated Stator and Rotor stack, adding the formed copper wire to the
stator stacks, twisting the wire to proper alignment, and welding the copper connections together. For the rotors
placed the magnets and inserted epoxy to fasten the magnets to the rotors. Worked in final assembly, ran final
tests, and packed finished motors for shipment to customers. Picked-up and delivered parts and tooling to
machine shops and engineering firms in town as well as surrounding states.
 Performed other duties as required. Took over ordering Parts and material for the maintenance department.
Alternator rework specialist
 Assigned to Remy International to rework a production Alternator that required disassembling the alternator
and removing the problem part, replacing with a new part after verifying the replacement part met the
specification.
 Three-month project and consisted of 18,000 units.
 Moved into Hybrid build area before completion of project.
1994 - 2003 Facility Data Management Sacramento, California

 FDM was created in 1994 for contract with the state of California (CalPERS); contract ended September 06, 2003.
 Scope of contract included: space planning, equipment relocation, maintenance of 21 communications closets and 11,080
sq. ft. computer room.
 Facilities management included a five-story headquarters building with two remote locations in Sacramento and seven
additional statewide field offices. Supervision of 1700+ workstations, 400 work group/enterprise/main frame servers, 24
firewall routers, 5,500+ network connections, 2,000+ end users and more than 100+ switches.
 Computer closet support logistics consisted of environmental, space planning and electrical monitoring, patching of
equipment, and mounting of switches. Involved connectivity and first-line troubleshooting as well as maintenance and
troubleshooting diagnostics for hundreds of miles of cabling.
 Also included services for inventory control of supplies and surplus equipment, proper disposal of obsolete and damaged
equipment. Encompassed design, planning and set-up of computer training classes, workshops and conferences,
transportation of equipment and supplies, set-up and cabling for special events, and server cabling and installation.
 Team comprised of owner/manager and three employees with 24/7 availability.

 Reinstalled computer software on both laptops and desktop computers, formatted hard drives to remove
customer data before disposal, wired businesses for networks, cleaned up communications closets, set up closed
