Business Relations Analysis 1997 – 1999 I was responsible for the operation of a network of over 100 computers. I facilitated the network expansion to a new area of the plant. Developed and maintained Access database of inventory of hardware, infrastructure ports, and records of activities for all hardware tasks. GM - Powertrain, Livonia, MI Business Relations Analysis 1997 – 1997 I was a member of the COe Team (Consistent Office Environment) Installing and implementing a Novell network for the Powertrain facility. This site had over 300 Personal Computers and multiple servers. I was concurrently responsible for the network of PCs at the Delphi Plant also in Livonia, Michigan; this site had over 100 Personal Computers. GM - Buick City, Flint MI Business Relations Analysis 1993 – 1997 As a Buick City Plant floor team member I have provided support and implemented changes for multiple Plant Floor systems including Auto VIN Identification (AVI)- Allen Bradley RF tags, Graphic Pull System (GPS), Assembly Line Diagnostic Link (ALDL) and schedule systems. For the last year I supported the plant during the 2nd shift. In providing 2nd shift coverage I was required to handle Operations support in addition to plant floor systems. I coordinated skilled labor activities with Buick City ’ s maintenance supervision though collecting requirements of other team members and passing this information along with my requirements in weekly planning meetings. I made many improvements to development equipment to aid in the Plant floor PLC simulators. Communications Service Technician (Materials Management Group) 1991 – 1993 Tested and repaired computer components. Other duties include the installation of software, managing databases, and inventory control. Communications Service Technician (Field Services) 1990 – 1991 The Field Services group was responsible for the hardware and software maintenance of Personal Computers. This position required extensive interaction with multiple levels of customers. I also completed several temporary duty assignments in Lansing and Spring Hill, Tennessee.

I was responsible for the support, and documentation of both hardware and software of the office network. I assisted in Novel network administration. Field Service Technician 1988 – 1989 Supervised and verified the installation of industrial controls using programmable logic controllers ’ (PLC) and field devices. I am experience in Allen Bradley and General Electric PLC's Made necessary mechanical, electrical and logic changes in the field to complete projects. Cyberlink Systems -Owner August 1986 – August 1988 I recommended and installed personal computer hardware and software to meet my client's short term and long term needs. I provided customers with appropriate training and systems support. I i nstalled Storage and Retrieval units that interface with personal and mainframe computers, as well as with various robotics systems. I worked with the R&D team in the development of the new 750 AS/RS Storage and retrieval unit.
