sites and infrastructure, installation, co-locations, and modifications.
 Ensure performance standards are met according to mutually agreed upon timeline of customer. Ensure Manager

 Perform Drive testing for all aspects of performance objective as well as enhanced 911 standards.

 Routinely status check, inspect, and troubleshoot all EBTS, BTS, DAS, and RF systems to ensure performance

 Ensure daily we are receiving the proper training, input and coaching to advance within the Sprint Nextel
Technician career path program as well as certifications.
 Manage overtime and costs to meet company objectives.
 Evenly distribute the life / work balance to ensure all time is adequately utilized.
 Ensure that timesheets and expense reports are submitted and approved by the required due dates.
 Take Lead to be Manager's go to person in all aspects of implementation on assigned tasks.
 Schedule work to provide overall job progress and to promote job efficiencies.
 Apply safety measures and all company safety regulations including any required OSHA standards.
 Ensure timelines, SLA and task requirements are met.
 Overseeing the design of OEM systems and equipment are being met during all visits.
 Perform periodic Prevenative Maintenance on cells (random, scheduled or intrusive) in accordance with
company or manufacturer recommendations procedures.
 Assist peers, co-workers, teams and groups in obtaining or sharing of information, applications or knowledge
needs.
 One of the first in Chicago to successfully download and drive test EVDO REV A cards into Motorola and
Lucent CDMA cell sites
 Attend and support the NASCAR and Taste of Chicago; Deployment of COW’s and Radio-frame Network
Systems supporting those Chicago Special Events
 Completed iDEN, Motorola and Lucent CDMA systems including BR adds, sweeps of antennas, and
reconstruction sites for 3G upgrades.
 Supported iDEN, Motorola and Lucent CDMA cell site equipment, completing repairs on CDMA and iDEN
hardware while troubleshooting T1 spans.
 Functioned in all shifts group lead; Lead the first team to deploy a Quad Base Radio in the Chicago market in
2002
 Served as lead technician; collaborated with the RF Engineering team in planning and installing RFN/MC .
 Worked collaboratively with RF Engineers, achieving the lowest dropped call rate for all of the cell sites within
the region for Sprint and Nextel.
