Responsible for all aspects of maintenance on customer sites in the Chicago Market
Remote & On-site management and coordination of contractors, crews, OEM installers and customer
representatives.
Represent customer as the expert on operations, maintenance & issues relating to performance of Sprint/Nextel
sites and infrastructure, installation, co-locations, and modifications.
Ensure performance standards are met according to mutually agreed upon timeline of customer. Ensure Manager
and customers are aware of issues that will impact cell operations.

objectives.

Completed iDEN, Motorola and Lucent CDMA systems including BR adds, sweeps of antennas, and

Functioned in all shifts group lead; Lead the first team to deploy a Quad Base Radio in the Chicago market in
