Duties and responsibilities:
 Daily checking of e-mails, voice mails, mails, and any form of messages for the
deparment, the Asst. Executive Housekeeper, the Executive Housekeeper, and the
Consultant before the duty starts
 Answers e-mails, mails, phone calls, and all other messages as directed and instructed
by the consultant and the department heads
 Sets meetings and organizes the schedule of the department heads and the consultant
 Constantly reminds the consultant and the department heads regarding upcoming
appointments and business affairs
 Takes notes on important issues, dates, and matters that need to be adressed
immediately
 Prepares daily reports (Arrival, Departure, In-house, Room Status, Occupancy Forecast,
Discrepancy, and VIP guest arrival reports) to be distributed to the consultant,
department head, supervisors and to the room attendants before start of daily morning
