schedules which maximizes output of established priorities. Follow the flow of materials through receipt,
production, inspection and shipping. Act as liaison between production, product engineering, purchasing
and customer program management departments. Process receipts and shipping transactions of product
built at offshore manufacturing facilities and generate and distribute to various freight forwarders commercial
invoices for timely customs clearance. Accurately enter sales orders and material kits.
Product Data Administrator
Under limited supervision, maintain Documentation Department files and records of engineering and
manufacturing documents. Accurately process paperwork to support engineering and manufacturing
processes. Scan and distribute drawings and documents both internally and to offshore locations.
Contribute to department’s timely flow of paperwork and information. Relate to internal and external
customers in a proactive manner. Cross trained in receiving and Inside Sales departments.
