Joined this dynamic Canadian company to manage a large territory from Etobicoke to
Kingston, Bradford to Coburg.
Primarily focusing on Anti-Age brand Reversa.
Responsible for setting annual, by-period targets for each of my 185 stores and driving
the business so those targets are achieved.
Facilitated in-store trainings to ensure each Cosmetician had top-notch knowledge of the
Reversa brand, and how to present and sell it to their clients.

After rejuvenating the training department and seminars across Canada, moved into
sales department as Pharmaceutical Sales Representative for PFDC brands: Avène,
Ducray, Elancyl, Klorane Hair Care, Klorane Makeup Removers, Aderma.
Serviced 85 SDM and Pharmaplus stores across the GTA .
Managed sell-in of hundreds of promotions for each brand into.
Did in-store trainings and worked closely with Cosmetics Managers to ensure sales
targets achieved and that all staff understood the benefits of each product how to turn
that knowledge into sales.
Liaised with store management to ensure adequate stock levels and purchasing of all
promos for all 6 brands.
Did large invitation-only events, speaking to customers of some of the downtown
Toronto stores; developed presentations, produced gift bags for attendees and gave fun,

Launching the new brand BeautySoClean at HBC stores across Canada. This launch
included travelling across the country training Beauty Advisors on the benefits and
technology of BeautySoClean in both English and French
Working at international trade shows in New York, Los Angeles, Vancouver and other
locations to promote the BeautySoClean system to professional makeup artists across
North America and Europe.
Supporting Bay and Murale stores across Canada in BeautySoClean sales techniques
and protocols.
Wrote all copy for the BeautySoClean website
Worked at Head Office as Sales Coordinator – analyzing sales data provided by HBC
and translating into sales analysis sheet indicated regional percentages, opal
