This 3-day certificate course provides an introduction to financial technology (FinTech) and innovation in the financial services sector. Participants will learn about design thinking principles, emerging technologies, and new business models. They will understand how to critically assess FinTech models and integrate innovation into a regulated financial institution. The course uses lectures, case studies, projects and discussions to help participants understand how to enhance products and customer experience through technology, and compete with new FinTech entrants. Prerequisites
This 3-day intensive and interactive course is for

needs to understand the impact of innovation
in finance and associated technologies and
business models.
an IT Manager who supports innovation
efforts in a financial services institution.
playing an active role in the innovation
journey in a bank, e.g., an Asset Manager or
any other regulated entities.
involved in the strategic development of your
company.
Preferably, you should be someone who has
at least 8 years of relevant experience working
in areas related to IT strategy, architecture or
in any other function related product and
company development.
