The Youth Entrepreneurship and Leadership Development project aims to provide youth with work readiness training, livelihood skills, and entrepreneurship education over 12 months. It will offer market-relevant learning opportunities to empower youth to pursue formal employment or start their own businesses. Participants will work in teams to start and run small businesses, learning skills like money management, marketing, and business planning by taking on roles like leaders, analysts, and traders. After completing the training modules, graduates will be assisted with higher education, internships, jobs, or starting their own businesses, and will have access to financial services through a youth community banking structure.
