2. India is a big democratic country. We
got our freedom in 1947. Although many years
have passed but lots of things are yet to be done.
Education is one of them. Our literacy rate is very
low. Lots of efforts are being done by the
government and people to achieve this target but
even today there are many who cannot write their
name.
3. FINALLY WE FELT AND WANTED TO CHANGE
We felt the need to spread awareness among illiterate people in
village because many people in village do not know
how to do their signature .
4. If every resident of village is
able to do his signature, It
will be a Miracle. Then there
will be no need of thumb

7. WHAT CHANGES WE MADE
Finally all that participants who participated in the ‘SIGNATURE
CAMPAIGN’ showed their result. Before the drive the people used to
put the thumb impression and now they are able to sign with their own
hands . They all are very happy.
When other people listened and felt that they could not participate in
the drive they felt bad and decided that they all will do practice and
will learn how to do signatures. You can’t imagine we have list of 17
members who have learnt to sign and near about 25 persons have
shown interest and will learn to sign
