(b) Outsourcing E-business Plan <ul><li>E-business Plan may have to be outsourced for larger Ministries/Departments </li></ul><ul><li>This opens up a new front </li></ul><ul><li>Outsourcing may bring cost and other benefits but it may increase “reputation, compliance and operational risks.” </li></ul><ul><li>Guidelines for Outsourcing are required to be issued, which may include: </li></ul>
