I. EXPERIENCE:
I1. Service Delivery Management
I have restructured the IT Department to include a Service Delivery Team, which specialized on Clients
Services and Supports. This team was the first point of contact to deal with all issues and provide first
level support and in some case level 2 supports. They worked in a shift system to ensure businesses are
serviced during working hours, meeting SLA to 99.9%

I am a Senior Certified Project Leader with more than 25 years of experiences in both IT and Non-IT
based projects. I have always mastered good Project Management qualities and most of my projects
have been successfully completed. In some case, few critical projects have been fast tracked and
completed successfully.

I have helped several companies to re-engineer their IT systems. I am knowledgeable about various
industries’ core processing systems. I have a very good knowledge of Core Banking Systems.
