Maintain Bank Reconciliation Statement and Reconciliation Of Debtors & Creditors,
Maintain Internal Audit: Store And Accounts Book,
Maintain Journal Entry Sale, Purchase & Expenses Invoice,
Calculation & preparation of Monthly Sale Tax/Vat, Services Tax & TDS Filling Return,
Maintain all Accounting voucher entry.
Preparing sales invoices & the upkeep of an accurate accounts filing system.
Preparation and input of month end journal vouchers.
Inputting, matching, batching and coding of invoices.
Ensuring that information is accurately collated & entered into systems.
Assist in the preparation of monthly balance sheet accountreconciliations.
