responsibility to ensure that our teams are valued for their contributions and targeted for new and challenging
assignments, we are successful when we promote our Virtual Teams and keep them connected to the
organization and the organization connected to the work and results of our teams.
There was a time that as a manager that all of our staff was located in adjacent offices or in cubicles located just
outside of our office door. As managers, we managed “time working” or more accurately “time at work.”
