The Coach
Amanda Clarke is an award-winning
entrepreneur, non-executive director, speaker,
facilitator and writer with the ability to enthuse
and inspire. She utilises the world’s best tools
& technologies for enhanced performance.
Amanda has developed a unique leadership
development toolkit, Accelerbrain, which
focuses on mindset excellence.
As a non-executive director, she specialises
in bringing an independent perspective
to businesses, along with a broader and
external view of matters. She is highly-
proficient in mentoring, coaching & team
development skills to help executives
achieve their business goals by providing
support for real improvements in business
performance. She provides valuable insights
into the new boardroom mindset.
Prior to joining In Touch Networks, she
spent 16 years as the Founder & CEO for
a North West consultancy business, 5
years as a consultant and non-executive
director, and 8 years as a Board Trusted
Advisor to 18 companies across the globe.
She currently holds two board positions.
Amanda is the co-author of the best-
selling collaborative book, ‘Stories of
Transformation.’ She graduated from the
University of Manchester - now Alliance
Manchester Business School - with an MBA.

Right Journey
Step 1:
Your dedicated account manager will
ascertain what type of coaching you
will require and recommend the best
programme to accelerate your progress
into a portfolio career.
Step 2:
You’ll receive an initial consultation with our
Executive Coach, who will work with you to
determine your needs and then introduce
the most suitably-qualified coach.
Step 3:
Once enrolled on the programme, you
will complete an online questionnaire. The
reports from this questionnaire are based
on the research work of psychologist and
inventor William M. Marston. They reveal
one’s strengths, limitations and tendencies
towards certain behaviours in a social or
work environment.
These reports will form the basis of
your progression, and ultimately your
success roadmap. Behavioural research
demonstrates that the most effective
people are those who understand
themselves, and hence who can meet
the demands of their environment.

Step 4:
Following the results of the questionnaire,
you will send your CV to In Touch Networks’
in-house CV Service for a thorough review.
One of our specialist CV writers will work
with you, providing guidance and advice,
until you have a CV that you can present
with confidence.
Step 5:
You will commence monthly scheduled
calls with your coach, giving you quality
time to feedback any queries, review your
progress and put into place concrete steps
to achieve your next milestones.
Step 6:
Once you have secured an interview, we will
invite you to conduct face-to-face sessions,
such as interview-style meetings, ensuring
that you are prepared, confident and
interview-ready.

Over an intensive 12 month-period, you will
work with a handpicked coach to re-examine
the grounding of your career motivations
and aspirations. Together, you will build a
critical ‘reality-check’ of your unique situation
