transportation modes by sourcing between parcel, over the road teams and rail

 Contributed over $10K in annual savings by negotiating terms and contracts
with carriers when implementing and updating Direct to Store.
 Worked with our third party processing vendor and data team to create a
platform for processing out of our California transloader that saved 2 hours per
day of processing time and improved accuracy by 75%.
 Utilized Qlikview to create an application for accurate financial statistics that
resulted in our Distribution Centers savings of an excess of $50K per year in
outbound costs.
 Created and analyzed a monthly financial report for all outbound costs that
uncovered inaccuracies in the transportations financial reporting in turn helped
the company’s financial reporting accuracy.
