• My name is Cierra Jackson. I am
a student in the music business
program at Full Sail University. I
am also a mother of four, with the
ability to make powerful moves. I
am a wolf in the business
industry with the heart of an
angel. My unique ability to
distinguish my self among other
people in the industry is what
makes me special. I can help
others do the same for their
career.

abilities developed at Full Sail
University to help artist achieve
their unthinkable success. I can
achieve this through being able
analyze data and putting
together marketing plans for
each artist and their projects. In
my arena of business that will
make me standout, because
many of my competitors have
yet to posses those skill sets.

• I am an artist manager. I
study every aspect of the
industry and stay one step
ahead of my competitors
using all skill sets to make
sure my artist are given the
best chance to be a success.

• I promise to define the
relationships between an artist
and their manager. I will
reassure my artist that me and
whatever company I work for
are/ will always look out for
their best interest. I believe this
promise will help retain artist
and keep them working with
managers that will help
improve their career for years
to come.
