My name is Arionte Adams and I am from
Douglas, Ga. It is a small town in the south of Ga.
I want to be a music artist and my musical journey
so far is very similar to stories of other artists
finding their love for music in choirs and religious
events as a child. The reason I am pursuing a
career in music is because of the transformational
and motivational nature of art and its ability to
help one persevere in life. I want to entertain
others while being a light and example that joy, a
fulfilled life and self actualization are possible. My
journey is about my own self realization, but to
help others and to make a living I am choosing to
display it.

to give transparency by showcasing

artists shy away from vulnerability,

Outreach Plan:
• Someone close to her has already reached out to
me so I will reach out to them first.
• One of her collaborators reached out to me for
some reason and I don’t even have content, so
that was surprising. I will use Instagram or maybe
even get her number AFTER I have my own
content, so she knows I mean business.
• We have met and we interact with each other
frequently on Instagram. It would most likely be
easy to contact her because of those reasons.

Outreach Plan:
• This producer reached out to me due to my comments
on Instagram and started randomly following me. He
produces for Sevdaliza.
• They are always on Instagram, but to be professional I
would use email.
• I would follow up immediately through email and if I
plan on contacting them it would be most likely be after
graduation in 2024.

Outreach Plan:
• For celebrities who are bigger, the only way they take
you seriously is the way you reach out to them, So I
would need to meet her at an event or get her official
email somehow.
• Most celebs do not care for their social media dm’s, so I
would use something more official like an email
• Like the other two, I would not hesitate to reply to her
either as she is one of my favorites. I will be pushing
hard to be mentored by her.

‣Release 1 small collection (EP) of music to
begin to show my audience my
personality/brand. I will connect with students
that are producers by the end of 2022
Mid Term: (2031-2035)
• Specific goal you want to achieve in mid term
‣Release my first fragrance to branch into the
beauty industry. I will begin this endeavor most
likely after 1 or 2 successful albums.

 By this point my hope is to be considered an icon in
my field. I will begin to mentor up and coming artists
and open my own record label.

• Primary Content: My content will be a combination of beauty
products, fragrances I create, and music promotion in the form
of going live to talk to my fans and picture media.
• Primary Tools: Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. I plan to
post at least weekly, that will be my norm. Pictures will be how
I display my brand.
• Website: My website will be my safe haven for my fans and
my brand will reflect the vibe of the musical era I am currently
in.

Mentor
• I will find a mentor that is on a similar path as mine.
Someone who cares about their audience finding their
own personal truth is important to me. Someone who is
close to my preferred mentor followed me, so I can
reach out anytime, but before 2024 would be great
because I graduate then.

Do you know how it feels to be pressured to conform and told what
experience you’re supposed to have? Well, what I do is encourage others to
embrace all of the messiness, difficulties, and unknowns in life. In fact, I will
be going through it with you. Just because I am performing doesn’t mean I
am there yet. Art pushes me to find a higher truth and contentment.

  • 2. IDENTITY Picture of You Goes Here My name is Arionte Adams and I am from Douglas, Ga. It is a small town in the south of Ga. I want to be a music artist and my musical journey so far is very similar to stories of other artists finding their love for music in choirs and religious events as a child. The reason I am pursuing a career in music is because of the transformational and motivational nature of art and its ability to help one persevere in life. I want to entertain others while being a light and example that joy, a fulfilled life and self actualization are possible. My journey is about my own self realization, but to help others and to make a living I am choosing to display it.
  • 3. PROFESSION Potential Job Titles: • MUSICIAN • SINGER • PRODUCER BRAND ARCHETYPE – My brand archetype is Creative and my vision for my brand is transparency. I want to give transparency by showcasing my journey through life. While some artists shy away from vulnerability, this natural approach will help me stand out as a man among other differentiators. TARGET AUDIENCE Musicians/Record Labels SEVDA ALIZADEH Outreach Plan: • Someone close to her has already reached out to me so I will reach out to them first. • One of her collaborators reached out to me for some reason and I don’t even have content, so that was surprising. I will use Instagram or maybe even get her number AFTER I have my own content, so she knows I mean business. • We have met and we interact with each other frequently on Instagram. It would most likely be easy to contact her because of those reasons. CEO – TWISTED ELEGANCE MIHAI PUSCOIU Outreach Plan: • This producer reached out to me due to my comments on Instagram and started randomly following me. He produces for Sevdaliza. • They are always on Instagram, but to be professional I would use email. • I would follow up immediately through email and if I plan on contacting them it would be most likely be after graduation in 2024. PRODUCER- Independent Jhene’ Aiko Outreach Plan: • For celebrities who are bigger, the only way they take you seriously is the way you reach out to them, So I would need to meet her at an event or get her official email somehow. • Most celebs do not care for their social media dm’s, so I would use something more official like an email • Like the other two, I would not hesitate to reply to her either as she is one of my favorites. GOALS Short Term: (Immediately After Graduation, 2024) • Specific goal you want to achieve in short term. ‣Release 1 small collection (EP) of music to begin to show my audience my personality/brand. I will connect with students that are producers by the end of 2022 Mid Term: (2031-2035) • Specific goal you want to achieve in mid term ‣Release my first fragrance to branch into the beauty industry. I will begin this endeavor most likely after 1 or 2 successful albums. Long Term: (2040) • Specific goal you want to achieve in long term  By this point my hope is to be considered an icon in my field. I will begin to mentor up and coming artists and open my own record label.

I plan to post at least weekly, that will be my norm.   • 13. PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT Mentor • I will find a mentor that is on a similar path as mine. Someone who cares about their audience finding their own personal truth is important to me. Someone who is close to my preferred mentor followed me, so I can reach out anytime, but before 2024 would be great because I graduate then. Formal Education • Music Business Bachelors (2024) Technical Skills • Entry into my industry is not promised so I will have to be willing to practice singing and performing and never stop wanting to improve. • Public Speaking is ironically still a big fear of mine, but volunteering and open mic nights can get me more comfortable with that. Therapy is a good tool to a Soft Skills • You can never learn too much about communication, royalties and branding. Communication touches branding because your brand is how you communicate who you are as an artist.
  • 14. ARIONTE ADAMS Do you know how it feels to be pressured to conform and told what experience you’re supposed to have? Well, what I do is encourage others to embrace all of the messiness, difficulties, and unknowns in life. In fact, I will be going through it with you. Just because I am performing doesn’t mean I am there yet. Art pushes me to find a higher truth and contentment.
