• Liaising with Design Creative and Visual Operations teams to order and
deliver the correct window schemes and in-store seasonal creative display
elements for all stores.
• Product Styling and resourcing props for furniture shoots and press events.
• Liaising with Store Development on procurement of fixtures and VM,
within an agreed budget, for new store openings, modernisation and
enhancement projects.
• Working closley with suppliers reviewing current equipment, obtaining
prices and arranging delivery to stores.
• Using the PWT system (Print Work Tool) to order graphic packages and
brief production of new and bespoke graphics for all stores.
• Regular communication with Field VM team and relevant stores to ensure
all parties are updated on all VM elements and seasional focuses. Also to
receive feedback and resolve any issues with support of head of creative.
• Attend weekly Planning meetings to discuss new projects and divisional
issues.
