July 2015 to January 2016. As my assistant, she is self-motivated, willing to learn and share.

During the internship, her main responsibilities are doing check-ins, check-outs; maintaining
good relationship with all long-stay guests via making courtesy calls, accommodating guest’s
requests, solving guest’s complaints and pampering the guest throughout their stay. Christonia
showed great care, passion and dedication in her role. She is very friendly, customer focused

weeks of her internship and had been working hard and independently from then onward. She
demonstrated amazing capability and efforts to adapt herself into the new environment. In our
“Running Hyatter” campaign, which was customer service competition in check-in process in
November 2015, she won the champion in the entire front office team. And I was honored to
present the award to the winner.
