RE: Letter of Recommendation/Experience for Mr. Shlok Trivedi
I take this opportunity to recognize the work of Mr. Shlok Trivedi during his tenure in
my organization. Shlok worked with my Entertainment Company from 10th January
2010 to 6th January 2013.
As an entertainment company, Red Om manages (programming, marketing, PR) Club
Private and Club Royalty in Mumbai, serving High Net worth cliental. In addition, we
take complete charge of ground promotions for Percept D’ Mark’s concerts in India.
Shlok’s appointment with the company was based on his exceptionally high
reputation of providing Public Relation Services and reputation of delivering real
value to any events that he has been associated. He started off as a marketing and
public relations manager for our nightclub promotions, and soon showed great interest
in managing large scale events, international artist rosters and take up the mantle of
leading people as well. His ability to conceptualize themes for events based on the
targeted audiences along with the efficiency in executing the job in hand made him
highly invaluable to my company and will be the same to any organization that he
associates with. We have received numerous compliments from our clients for the
smooth conduct of work under his purview and that’s what made Shlok stand out for
his passion and execution in making each event a success.
In less than a period of six months, he was handling a team of marketing managers
under him. As a company that houses decent staff strength, in terms of numbers, we
follow a strong hierarchy system. Shlok showed great character, honesty and worked
with integrity. Soon enough, he was directly reporting to me, the period in which I got
to know him personally. Shlok’s willingness to work as an individual as well as
leading a team made him one of the few individuals that I have met, who put their
organization’s growth before their own. His tenure with the company ended as the
leader in sale for our year-end finale, New Year’s Eve event at Hotel Novotel, Juhu
2012. He handled the front office and also topped the sales on an extremely high-
pressure project. Post sales, his interest in horning the skills in other aspects of event
management came to the fore, as he also overlook the food & beverage department
and controlled the bar sales during the time of the event.
Shlok mentioned his interest to do a PG Diploma course in Hospitality and Event
related course and I strongly supported him and feel it as an appropriate choice for
him as this exposure will get him a good formal exposure. I've seen his hunger to
exceed in this field and I strongly recommend you to consider him for the program
that he is applying to. I hope you give his application favorable consideration.
