I am pleased to apply for the advertised position of a Team Leader (KYC).
I am an experienced IT Service Desk 1st/2nd line support Analyst, who is very
accurate, has a high level attention to detail and very good analytical skills, resilient
and has an ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time. All of this makes
me believe I would be a strong candidate for this vacancy.
I have worked at my last company for the last six and a half years. During this time I
have developed my career from entry level Analyst, then Senior Analyst prior to
taking the role as a Account Leader. Throughout this time I have continued to excel
in each role, moving up at each opportunity.
As detailed in my enclosed resume, I feel I have all the key skills required for the
advertised role, as in my daily working environment I typically handle calls a day as
well as making around and follow up chases with customers and vendors, replying to
emails. Maintaining the smooth workload , and ensuring the quality I have to provide,
to meet the customer demands. In addition I support the team to achieve customer
service and financial targets in a compliant positive background, driving the business
to achieve success for the company, working with external departments and
