 Senior Level Analyst for EpicCare Ambulatory, Meaningful Use Stage 2 Project and User
Security Coordinator.
 Lead analyst involved in large 200+ multi-specialty clinic full cycle to Epic for various specialties;
Dermatology, Otolaryngology, Immediate Care, Cardiology, Plastic Surgery
 Performed workstation import for over 1,000 workstations and User Import for 400 users
 Successfully transitioned Dermatology from paper to Epic by optimizing the system to account
for various, detailed workflows.
 Analyzed Epic Ambulatory build requests for existing clinics and completed optimization
requests to increase physician efficiency and patient satisfaction.
 Lead Analyst in charge of bringing first clinic up on Epic’s widescreen view with in depth
customized build, end user validation, integrated testing plans and webinar training sessions.
 Designed integrated project plan and testing plan to implement Transitions of Care for
Meaningful Use Stage Two requirement
 Collaborated with key stakeholders, business operations and clinical steering committee
members to define process flow and improvement
 Build updates to various existing clinics including ordering updates, report build, navigator
updates, menu configuration, activity configuration, end user and template build, use role and
EAP build updates.
 Managing User Account modification across all Epic Applications (EpicCare, Beacon, Willow,
Cadence, Prelude, Professional Billing)
 Lead evaluation of current state workflows and development for future state workflows
 Worked on Epic 2014 upgrade focusing on security modification, remediation and access across
