re-designed to assist users to meet Joint Commission Core Safety Measures and resolve

required. Designed and built prototype rules to convert from a printed alert to real time
interactive system alerts. Eliminating monthly paper reporting and manual analysis, saving

 Lead build analyst/project manager for the first Cerner Discern Advisor activated at a live
site. Re-built Cerner designed program, part of initial
Cerner Lighthouse project implementation. Project included extensive multi-team
retrofitting/“localization” of an evidence-based clinical program designed for dynamic user
interaction (CPOE advice for DVT/VTE prophylaxis). Coordinated communication with
Leadership, Cerner Engineers and team members: ensuring the product met the
standardization needs of the health system, milestones met, database modifications and
system setting met the requirements to run program. Including resolution of issues not
anticipated by the Vendor.
