I am a communicator, a natural born storyteller.
I possess the skills to listen, empathetically, to
deliver diplomatic and adaptable solutions in
order to motivate and inspire others. I enjoy
interaction and am energized by spirited
dialogue. As a strategic thinker, I take a creative
problem solving approach. There is not a
puzzle I don’t love to solve. I verbally and

Independent Brand Partner | 10/13 - present
Neora
As an owner of a small business, I take advantage of social media marketing
(Facebook, Instagram and Twitter). I also use my consultative selling techniques
communicating, directly with customers, the benefits of my product line. Through
thoughtful time management, customer service and training on new products, I
have run a successful small business from my home.
Instructor/Event Planner | 10/15 - 1/18
Cheers to Art
I was hired as a studio coordinator and Instructor. Promoted to Event Planner, I
noticed the opening of additional paint studios, in the area, was impacting our
business negatively. I, independently, conducted a comparison analysis and
presented my findings, along with ideas to make our studio stand out to the
owners. As Event Planner I was able to increase our event bookings by 40%.
Community Account Manager | 7/12 - 4/13
LogoNation Inc.
As a CAM, I had the opportunity to collaborate with small business owners in
small towns. It was my task to create a t-shirt as both a marketing tool and a nod
to the pride of Small Town, USA. After a consultative selling of ad space, I worked
with my corporate designers, on layout and design of ad space, communicating
the want, needs and “feel” of the customer.
Outside Sales Representative
KidsArt Fairs
KidsArt Fairs was a program developed by the president of Scholastic Book Fairs.
In an effort to focus on the value of art at the elementary level, I partnered with
art instructors to create a one-of-a-kind art show for the school. By supplying
framing for every child’s work, a story was told of the importance of art in the
early stages of education. The events brought families together & joy to the kids.
Training & Implementation Team Leader | 1/91 - 3/97
Cincinnati Health Alliance
I began my career at UC Health as a data entry clerk in the billing offices of
University ENT. Promoted several times due to a passion for excellence and
continued learning, I became the Billing Manager. A merger of UC Hospital, Christ
Hospital and Jewish Hospital, called The Cincinnati Health Alliance, gave me the
opportunity to lead a team, training users and implementing a new software
package into every primary care and specialty office in the group. Training adults
to utilize new software taught me great lessons in patience and empathy and
helped me to understand the concept of user pain points. During training and
implementaion for each office, I evaluated and reported any errors or bugs in the
system to the developers. As I moved from office to office in the city, I became a
new team member at each location. This fulfilled my desire for variety in my work.
