CHRIS EASTON - Personal Summary:
A Global Pharma Leader, Strategist & Business Unit Head with 16-years’ experience in the
pharmaceutical industry at affiliate, regional and global level. My passion is inspiring and
motivating others to improve and embrace change.
As the Head of Region Europe Biopharm I have been focussed on leading my team and
driving Strategy & Portfolio Planning for a €700M franchise. My core focus has been to
launch new products in the haemophilia space; maximise the portfolio lifecycles, and
enhance resource allocation across the franchise by managing growth and profit
expectations to deliver an optimal commercial set up across the region.
We have been extremely successful, gaining exec level buy-in, and driving change that
improved customer engagement, KAM, growth aspirations & business practices in Sales,
Market Access & Medical. My team have been supporting pan-region launches whilst
driving a large change management project in 32 markets.
Prior to this international leadership role, I worked in affiliate, regional & global positions
providing insight and telling brand stories across a variety of speciality or rare disease areas.
I have partnered with diverse teams from the US, CAN, JP, ANZ and many EU markets and
found this extremely valuable to interpret & understand market and customer needs
ensuring my focus remains on delivering quality meaningful results.
Over the years I have acquired solid business acumen, proven leadership skill, excellent
project management, change management and team building skills. I display wise
organisational perspectives with strategic and innovative thinking. I have shown my
capabilities to decode business needs into a wide variety of tangible operational tactics,
communicating them to executive management and diverse x-functional teams, ultimately
ensuring successful execution contributing to business success.
I am an excellent communicator (English mother tongue), team focussed, open minded and
flexible with cultural dexterity; able to simplify complexity and manage confidentiality. I am
resilient, resourceful, optimistic and energetic. I am methodical, consistent and reliable. I
