ensure timely quality care,providing leadership, coaching and mentoring to associates within the provider
practices. Responsible for all aspects of office operations including the training and development of associates,
estimating personnel needs,assigning work, meeting fiscal targets, supporting system goals, and ensuring
consistent application of organization policies.
 Maintain office protocols and procedures including but not limited to Hurricane plans, downtime
procedure manuals, and phone tree lists.
 Monitor employee performance, provide guidance, appraise and counsel individual associates to further
develop their interpersonal skills and improve performance while utilizing LEAN concepts.
 Act as a liaison between the practice and corporate support departments such as; IT, Legal, Risk

Hand selected by the Director, Strategic Systems Programs as the Senior Enlisted Leader. Advisor to the
Commanding Officer for all matters pertaining to the health, welfare,morale and overall operations of a premier
Navy Test Unit organization. Managed 125 enlisted personnel in daily operations.
 As Medical Department Representative (MDR) managed all patient care for over 150 Navy personnel
ensuring 100% compliance with Navy medical directives.
 Mentorship and coaching conducted to over 125 personnel led to 20 personnel advancements

 Served as the commands Casualty Assistance Calls Officer (CACO). Official representative of the
Secretary of the Navy providing information, resources and assistance to the PNOK and SNOK in the
event of a casualty. This full time responsibility and mission assisted 9 families during a difficult time and
ensured they received the benefits and entitlements due.
 Supply Department Supervisor for 18 employees, both military and civilian. Supervised the daily
logistical operations while managing a $15 million budget.
 Funeral / Honors Coordinator managing the scheduling and assignments of 280 funerals per year.
 As the Command Financial Specialist performed 5 financial counseling’s saving personnel $1,200 per
year on average,thus allowing members to maintain their DoD clearances.

Served as the MDR independent of a medical officer. Performed patient care and associated shipboard
administrative and logistical duties.
 Managed Radiation Health, Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Preventive Medicine, Atmosphere Control and
Dosimetry programs while maintaining health and exposure records for crew of 175 personnel.
 Supervised and trained 10 enlisted personnel in emergency medicine and procedures.
 Awarded Navy Commendation Medal for life-saving measures during casualty of crew member.
