What is the Influential Leadership Program (ILP)? The Influential Leadership Program
fills a leadership development void felt by many organizations and individuals: leaders
whose competencies and skills are more advanced than supervisory training, but who are
either not ready or not able to commit the financial resources to attend Executive
Education programs. The curriculum is designed as an annual program, with the
flexibility to attend in quarterly cohorts. Fees based upon quarterly subscription rates.
