A COMPANY WILL
BE KNOWN BY THE
PEOPLE IT KEEPS
IN THE LAST CENTURY, SUCCESSFUL
COMPANIES WERE DIFFERENTIATED BY
THEIR ABILITY TO EXPLOIT TECHNOLOGY
AND CAPITAL.
In this century, successful
companies will be
increasingly differentiated
by the quality and mettle
of their people.
• Interesting / challenging work
• Clear objectives / goals set
• Additional responsibility / independence
• Good feedback and communication
• Resources to do the job
• Training and new Skills Development
• Good working relationships
• Potential for advancement in the Company
Research shows that people want…
The paradox…
Less than 20% of new hires is a good fit. The
rest need to be trained into their jobs.
For many employees, formal education ends the
day they enter a workforce in which employees
are increasingly required to update their
skills…
 Good people are in short supply, the only
way is build up your own …
"THE PERSON
WHO FIGURES OUT HOW TO HARNESS THE
COLLECTIVE GENIUS OF THE PEOPLE IN HIS
OR HER ORGANIZATION IS GOING TO
BLOW THE COMPETITION AWAY."

Most programs stop here
We provide
knowledge and skills but
LMI programs concentrate in
these two areas of retention
and application that
enables internalisiation
Naturally follow…...
OTHER SEMINAR-
BASED PROGRAMS
Why and How LMI Programmes are different
• Format: Transactional
in nature, with
speaker, trainer,
handouts and
workshops.
Continuous delivery,
limited interactions
amongst group and
the facilitator, no
focus on measurable
benefits.
LMI Programs
• Format: Transformational in
nature because of processes
involving spaced repetitive
learning, multi-sensory
impact, small group
facilitation, affirmations and
visualizations. The process
follows a cycle of learning,
doing, and sharing results.
The training process is not
delivered continuously, but
interspersed with application.
OTHER SEMINAR-
BASED PROGRAMS
Why and How LMI Programmes are different
• Provide Skills,
Information, Knowledge,
making participants
better informed with
short-term motivation
boost.
• No focus on measurable
benefits. No focus on
‘total person’.
LMI Programs
• Focus on attitude change,
retention and application of
ideas, and bottom line
results. Participants become
self motivated, goal directed,
and have a positive mental
attitude. They produce
measurable results even
during the program period.
• Focus on ‘TOTAL PERSON’.
• First, we meet you to determine exactly what you
want to accomplish. These goals will be the driving
force behind our results-centered process. After
goals are established for your organization, LMI uses
a 5-step process for change:
LMI Programmes
STEP 1: PARTICIPANTS ENTER THE CHANGE CYCLE
STEP 2: EVALUATE PERFORMANCE
STEP 3: IMPLEMENT ACTION
STEP 4: MODIFY BEHAVIOR
STEP 5: COMMUNICATE RESULT
PRODUCING RESULTS USING
A PLAN OF ACTION
After helping people set specific and measurable
goals, LMI helps them identify changes in behavior
and habits required to reach these goals. The
changes and the techniques required to make
them are put into a Plan of Action. Participants
begin immediately working on their Plan of Action
to make the changes required to achieve the
results they want.
LMI Programs
PRODUCING RESULTS USING
A PLAN OF ACTION
Within a short time, participants “own” their
behavior changes. Long-term retention of new
behavior is strengthened by everyday
application. To reinforce their learning even
more, participants complete weekly feedback
sheets, and results are measured. Accountability
is important! As participants see their
accomplishments, they are motivated and
coached to do even better.
LMI Program
 Effective Personal Productivity
 Effective Personal Leadership
 Effective Selling Strategies
 Effective Leadership Development
 Profile Evaluation System
LMI Programs
Effective Personal Productivity
(EPP)
LMI’s Effective Personal Productivity will help people:
• Evaluate their attitude and make productive
behavioral changes
• Increase productivity through controlling priorities
• Communicate more effectively
• Become a team player
• Set goals and achieve results
Effective Personal Productivity (EPP)
The Facilitation Process:
• The average group facilitated by our certified
licensees consists of about 15 participants meeting
once a week for half a day, for 8 sessions.
• The first step is a pre-course conference between
facilitator, participant and corporate decision makers
about the measurable corporate and personal goals
to be attained from the program
Effective Personal Productivity (EPP)
• This is followed by a kick-off session that gives an
overview, principles, process, and methodology of
the program. The program material is handed
over to participants. This includes a “kit”
comprising the following:
• A comprehensive written program manual with
Plan of Action exercises, a Personal Leadership
Workbook, Important-imperative cards, life
balance workbook, Audio CD’s etc.
• Sessions are half day ,each successive week
Effective Personal Productivity (EPP)
• Sessions 2, 3, 4 comprise modules on Productivity,
Time Management , Goal Setting and Motivation.
• Mid Term Evaluation is done
• Sessions 5, 6, 7 comprise modules on
Communications, Team Building, Delegation and
Empowerment. At the Final Evaluation Session
participants share their achievements and
certificates handed over.
Effective Personal Productivity (EPP)
• Lead self - attain personal mastery through the
EPP, (for higher leadership levels we have
other programs on strategic leadership)
• The lead time required for importing of
material and scheduling of sessions is 3-6
weeks
• A Modified version of delivery of the EPP can
be done in special cases after mutual
consultations.

CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS
“Two years back I did Advanced Management
program at Harvard Business School. I
acquired a vast wealth of knowledge but
could not formulate a blue print for
success. I was groping in the dark till I
went through the EPP conducted by you.
The benefits I have derived from your
program are innumerable and beyond one
to put it in black and white. It clearly
specified the fundamental guidelines to
improve my productivity as well as team
productivity.”
 S.K. Modak, Sr. VP-Mfg., Usha Martin Industries Ltd., Ranchi
CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS
“The EPP program is definitely very different and has brought about
amazing results. The best part was that it touched upon all aspects
of life and has helped bring more meaning and quality to my life. It
helps you discover yourself, crystallize your thinking to understand
what exactly you want in life and then go after it in a focused
manner.”
 Anand Nilekani, Country Manager – Customer Support & Services, Tata
Infotech
“I have started using practical techniques taught in the lessons to
bring attitudinal changes in me. I have started tasting success both
in my business and personal life. My team members are showing
greater sense of responsibility. All of this has been made possible
because of repeated hearing of the cassettes and your capability of
encouraging people to produce their best.”
 D.D. Gokhale, Siemens
CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS
“Our turnover in the Gear Division last year was Rs. 60 crores.
This year up to December, we have done Rs. 54 crores. We expect
to close the year at Rs. 80 crores - a target which we have been
aiming for long. In our MHE Division, the design group has taken
about 20% less time than normal in completing design work for a
project. LMI has contributed significantly to these achievements. I
find people are much more focused. They are very positive and
are willing to take challenges. Teamwork has certainly improved.”
 Prayasvin B. Patel, Managing Director, Elecon Engineering Company Ltd.
CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS
“I am happy to state that the Programme objectives
have been fully achieved. This, to my mind, is a
kind of programme which truly enables the
participants to internalise the learnings. There
has been a significant change in the performance
pattern of all those who attended this programme.
I would have no hesitation in stating that it is a
powerful tool to inculcate long lasting change in
an individual.”
 S.V. Sohoni, Divisional Manger, Personnel and Support
Services, Hindustan Lever
I have saved a whole month as a result of
Time Investment plan. I have now 13 months
in a year.”
 C.K.Ranganathan, Chairman, Cavin Kare Pvt. Ltd., Chennai
CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS
"The program has made tremendous changes in our attitude and
functioning as a leader of the company. It has provided a path to
put our knowledge in to action/implementation. The last financial
year turnover was increased by 31% against targeted 20%. The
production has increased from nearly 7.5 machines per day to 9
machine per day during the program and to day it is about 11
machines per day with same manpower and machinery. The
productive time of both men and machines has happened. And all
this has happened by changing our own attitudes. Despite
increased output the people are more motivated.
One side we have reached such a fantastic results, we have
reduced our working time by one hour a day. The other hidden and
even more important advantage is, understanding between us, the
two directors has improved a lot. On personal front, life has
become more cheerful. I could change my son's attitude
drastically by changing my attitude / communication with him.”
 Niraj Parikh – Director, Dhankesh Patel – Director, Elecon
Machines Pvt. Ltd., Vadodara
CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS
“ Some of the ways in which I have personally benefited
from the program have been a heightened awareness of
self worth and potential, the ability to stay focused and
increasing empathy towards colleagues and
subordinates, thus leading to enhanced productivity.
In fact, according to my estimation, I detect an
improvement of around 60% in all my activities after
completion of the program.”
Mahendra Vyas, Senior Officer, ICICI Investors Services Limited,
Mumbai
“ LMI course made me understand how I am wasting
and using my available 1440 mins of time each day.
Now I make planning of my time and concentrate on
20% work/activities which gives me 80% of the day's
result. Written plan helps me to identify conflicts
between various priorities and eliminate damaging
frustration.”
Dr. Rajan R. Shirsat, Excel Industries Ltd., Mumbai
CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS
“ I have already started implementing the ideas as far
as my job & personal life is concerned by making four
goals & I would like to mention here that I have so far
achieved Rs. 1,000 Mil. cost saving in one of my goal of
material cost reduction.”
Vivek C. Mahajan, Siemens, Mumbai
“My time management skills improved. I saved a total
of 70 Minutes/day (30 minutes from professional life
and 40 from personal life and utilising the same for
creative planning and self development. Long pending
things got started and procrastination under control.
My public speaking skills improved through this
programme. I had the confidence to address a
gathering of over 160 people recently. This is a new
found confidence I obtained through this programme.”
V.B. Pillai, Manager, Mazagon Dock Limited, Mumbai
CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS
“I am now able to effectively utilise 45 minutes more of my time
only for planning which is so every essential for my job
responsibilities. We have been able to achieve a sales figure of
over Rs. 5.5 crores during the month of July which is an all time
record for the month.”
S. Das Gupta - General Manager SalesBorosil Glass Works Ltd, Mumbai
“I, would not hesitate in recommending the EPP program to
anyone since it adds value more than any other program I know
about. But I must add a word of caution about cynicism. This is
a program that needs to be accepted as one that works and one
that can make life easier for you – without conceptual /
intellectual evaluation. Because what we need is a simple,
practical, implement able program. I am weary of high
conceptualization.”
Mr. B. Santhanam Managing Director, Saint Gobain Glass India Ltd., Chennai
CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS
"45% increase in sales in last quarter over previous
quarters with focused approach, cost reductions
which would yield sizable profit on annual basis,
completed planning for new project".
Bharat Chokshi, Grand Polycoats Company Pvt. Ltd., Vadodara
"This programme helped the team to look at the
business as a team, achieving 1st quarter target 100%
in terms of sale and profit. It improved Inter & Intra
departmental communication and response time due
to which we are sure to achieve this year A.O.P. target
100%."
D.R. Swar - Vice President (Medium Engines), Kirloskar Oil Engine Limited, Pune
CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS
"After 3 months of my training the real effect of training in my life is growing
day by day. I may mention that as a direct consequence of this program we
have achieved: Focused attention on export market could achieve four times
the production 2,00,000 pieces to 8,00,000 pieces. Identify continuous
improvement programs. 15 sintered material movement reduced per furnace.
Plant lay-out. Productivity Increase from 400 pcs per hour to 1000 pcs per
hour. This course taught me to implement in a very practical way many
policies and practices of Management which I otherwise would not have been
able to do."
A.S. Desai - Executive Director, Mahindra Sintered Products Limited, Mumbai
"I have benefited from the program professionally in terms of the following:
Greater successful completion of goals, because of focus on high pay-off
activities. Developing a habit of "scheduling and planning" for each day.
Taking the process of goal setting one layer lower in the organization to
include team members resulting in a goal directed team. Finding and
additional 30-60 minutes for concentration on high pay-off activities as a
result of delegation and prioritization of activities. On the personal front, I
have been able to minimize the time spent on low pay-off activities,
leading to an increase in the quality time I spend with my family."
Suneel Bandhu, Reliance Telecom Limited, Ahmedabad
CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS
"I got many benefits from this programme, namely:
consciousness of time & Interruptions, setting goals and
achieving them. I understood the importance of balancing my
wheel of life & started giving required time to family. I improved
my communication further and also really delegated lot of low-
pay-off tasks. But the greatest benefit I got I improved my
Focus. I have achieved a sales turnover of Rs. 10 crore this
year."
Yatin ShahModern Chemical Corporation, Ahmedabad
"My management put me as a Manager in Manish Nagar
Branch. This Branch has a business of over Rs. 70 crores. I
know my posting in this branch is to increase the business to
100 crores which I will do successfully. Not only this, after
completing your programme, a different Bhavna will handle any
kind of situation successfully and in a positive way.“
Bhavna C. Limdi, Branch Manager, Dena Bank, Mumbai
CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS
"The program has helped not only in our day to day work, but also in our
personal life. It has helped us in getting more co-operation and more
positive efforts from our colleagues and subordinates. Overall increasing
generation - PLF increased by 4.4%. Reduction in oil consumption - 0.29%.
Reduction in water consumption by 50,000 cu.mt. (approx.) per day. Overall
administrative capacity has also increased. "
U.C. Gandhi, Chief Engineer (C&O), Gujarat Electricity Board, Gujarat
"LMI brings in changes in people as they discuss the LMI concepts through
discussions in their real life situation which they face every day through
application. Few specific areas of improvements observed are listed as follows:
Validation/qualification of overseas vendors for few of our key raw materials
advanced by 3 months. Downtime in plant reduced by 8%. The marketing team has
generated new business of 30 lacs in the last two months. ISO-14001 scheduling
and gearing up is tow weeks earlier than anticipated. Improved delivery
compliance. The returns in terms of tangible impact on the bottom line is many
times the investment made.“
Soumitra Banerjee, Rubamin Pharmaceuticals, Vadodara
CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS
“The programme is filled with ideas which I can use in all areas of my life. The
programme has a different taste comparing with any other training session. It has
started helping me to move forward in a planned way investing less time. I am
very much benefited by this programme as it will help me to change my dreams
to reality.“
Pradeep Kumar Ray, Dy. Manager, East India Pharmaceutical Works Limited, Calcutta
I found the course both motivating and highly beneficial. I have balanced the wheel of
life. The course was found to motivate even those who are of an advanced age as 65.
SBK Menon, Chief Engineer, Kerala State Electricity Board, Ernakulam
"Program made a thousand rose buds bloom in me and I now lead a very
satisfying all round life where there is a perfect balance between office & home.
Everyone feel that I have suddenly changed tremendously...& to everyone's good.
I am well on my way to surpass my business target by over Rs. Ten Crores. (a
completion of nearly Rs. 49 crores of premium income compared to Rs. 30 crores
last year !!) At home too I spend good relaxed time with every one. In short I am
having a great time.“
V. Krishnan, Sr. Divisional Manager, The New India Assurance Co. Ltd., Mumbai
CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS
"We have found the training beneficial to increase our productivity and overall
change in positive attitude of our employees. Although we have derived many
benefits, I would like to name few of them as under: To speed-up development
programme of our new products. Effective commissioning of our new products
and achieved better performance level and greater availability of the machines.
Shipment of critical components by sea instead of air ahed of schedule.
Collection - 20% higher than target. Overdue outstanding reduced by 33%.
Development of new vendor/alternate sources of inputs.”
C.T. Dave, Executive Director, Eimco Elecon (India) Ltd., Vallabh Vidyanagar
“I had been working abroad for about 17 years before joining ICICI Bank, and I
have undergone several Management programs conducted by various
Management Institutes; and I always believed LMI is another such programs. But
I have to admit that Dr. P.H. Vaidya has proved me wrong. I am still not sure
whether it is LMI or it is Dr. Vaidya who made the difference! It could be a
combination of both. I am able to find more free time now and I am a much
happier person now.“
Mr. George Williams, Branch Manager, ICICI Bank, Bangalore
CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS
"The achievement of the goal gives confidence and satisfaction to the individual. High
pay off activities, low pay off activities, prioritization, time management,
communication, meetings with agenda and limits and return on investment of time are
discussed, and practiced by repetition till they become habits. The systematic
delegation and empowerment can result in effective team work and achievement of
targets, thought to be impossible, were achieved within stipulated time. during this
course, we took focused goal in the manufacturing area and achieved increased
production which otherwise though was impossible. The increased production of
Cypermethrin, Alphamethrin and Permethrin resulted in a saving of Rs. 29 lakhs. This
was possible because of empowerment and delegation to the shop-floor people and I
am happy to state that they did a wonderful job in the manufacturing area.“
Dr. KR Ramachandran, G.M – MFG, RPG Life Sciences Ltd., Panoli
"Major improvements were achieved in the following areas: Monocrotophos - 2% yield
improvement. Mancozeb production - 15% increase in production with no additional
investment. 100% recycling of drums. Devrinol - 3% yield improvement - effective
effluent management. 75% reduction in commissioning time of a project. Safety -
drastic reduction in man-hours lost and number of accidents. Bottom line impact - Rs.
2.0 crore per year."

  • 12. OTHER SEMINAR- BASED PROGRAMS Why and How LMI Programmes are different • Format: Transactional in nature, with speaker, trainer, handouts and workshops. Continuous delivery, limited interactions amongst group and the facilitator, no focus on measurable benefits. LMI Programs • Format: Transformational in nature because of processes involving spaced repetitive learning, multi-sensory impact, small group facilitation, affirmations and visualizations. The process follows a cycle of learning, doing, and sharing results. The training process is not delivered continuously, but interspersed with application.
  • 13. OTHER SEMINAR- BASED PROGRAMS Why and How LMI Programmes are different • Provide Skills, Information, Knowledge, making participants better informed with short-term motivation boost. • No focus on measurable benefits. No focus on ‘total person’. LMI Programs • Focus on attitude change, retention and application of ideas, and bottom line results. Participants become self motivated, goal directed, and have a positive mental attitude. They produce measurable results even during the program period. • Focus on ‘TOTAL PERSON’.
  • 14. • First, we meet you to determine exactly what you want to accomplish. These goals will be the driving force behind our results-centered process. After goals are established for your organization, LMI uses a 5-step process for change: LMI Programmes STEP 1: PARTICIPANTS ENTER THE CHANGE CYCLE STEP 2: EVALUATE PERFORMANCE STEP 3: IMPLEMENT ACTION STEP 4: MODIFY BEHAVIOR STEP 5: COMMUNICATE RESULT
  • 15. PRODUCING RESULTS USING A PLAN OF ACTION After helping people set specific and measurable goals, LMI helps them identify changes in behavior and habits required to reach these goals. The changes and the techniques required to make them are put into a Plan of Action. Participants begin immediately working on their Plan of Action to make the changes required to achieve the results they want. LMI Programs
  • 16. PRODUCING RESULTS USING A PLAN OF ACTION Within a short time, participants “own” their behavior changes. Long-term retention of new behavior is strengthened by everyday application. To reinforce their learning even more, participants complete weekly feedback sheets, and results are measured. Accountability is important! As participants see their accomplishments, they are motivated and coached to do even better. LMI Program

  • 20. Effective Personal Productivity (EPP) • This is followed by a kick-off session that gives an overview, principles, process, and methodology of the program. • 25. CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS “Two years back I did Advanced Management program at Harvard Business School. I acquired a vast wealth of knowledge but could not formulate a blue print for success. I was groping in the dark till I went through the EPP conducted by you. The benefits I have derived from your program are innumerable and beyond one to put it in black and white. It clearly specified the fundamental guidelines to improve my productivity as well as team productivity.”  S.K. Modak, Sr. VP-Mfg., Usha Martin Industries Ltd., Ranchi
  • 26. CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS “The EPP program is definitely very different and has brought about amazing results. The best part was that it touched upon all aspects of life and has helped bring more meaning and quality to my life. It helps you discover yourself, crystallize your thinking to understand what exactly you want in life and then go after it in a focused manner.”  Anand Nilekani, Country Manager – Customer Support & Services, Tata Infotech “I have started using practical techniques taught in the lessons to bring attitudinal changes in me. I have started tasting success both in my business and personal life. My team members are showing greater sense of responsibility. All of this has been made possible because of repeated hearing of the cassettes and your capability of encouraging people to produce their best.”  D.D. Gokhale, Siemens
  • 27. CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS “Our turnover in the Gear Division last year was Rs. 60 crores. This year up to December, we have done Rs. 54 crores. We expect to close the year at Rs. 80 crores - a target which we have been aiming for long. In our MHE Division, the design group has taken about 20% less time than normal in completing design work for a project. LMI has contributed significantly to these achievements. I find people are much more focused. They are very positive and are willing to take challenges. Teamwork has certainly improved.”  Prayasvin B. Patel, Managing Director, Elecon Engineering Company Ltd.
  • 28. CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS “I am happy to state that the Programme objectives have been fully achieved. This, to my mind, is a kind of programme which truly enables the participants to internalise the learnings. There has been a significant change in the performance pattern of all those who attended this programme. I would have no hesitation in stating that it is a powerful tool to inculcate long lasting change in an individual.”  S.V. Sohoni, Divisional Manger, Personnel and Support Services, Hindustan Lever I have saved a whole month as a result of Time Investment plan. I have now 13 months in a year.”  C.K.Ranganathan, Chairman, Cavin Kare Pvt. Ltd., Chennai
  • 29. CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS "The program has made tremendous changes in our attitude and functioning as a leader of the company. It has provided a path to put our knowledge in to action/implementation. The last financial year turnover was increased by 31% against targeted 20%. The production has increased from nearly 7.5 machines per day to 9 machine per day during the program and to day it is about 11 machines per day with same manpower and machinery. The productive time of both men and machines has happened. And all this has happened by changing our own attitudes. Despite increased output the people are more motivated. One side we have reached such a fantastic results, we have reduced our working time by one hour a day. The other hidden and even more important advantage is, understanding between us, the two directors has improved a lot. On personal front, life has become more cheerful. I could change my son's attitude drastically by changing my attitude / communication with him.”  Niraj Parikh – Director, Dhankesh Patel – Director, Elecon Machines Pvt. Ltd., Vadodara
  • 30. CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS “ Some of the ways in which I have personally benefited from the program have been a heightened awareness of self worth and potential, the ability to stay focused and increasing empathy towards colleagues and subordinates, thus leading to enhanced productivity. In fact, according to my estimation, I detect an improvement of around 60% in all my activities after completion of the program.” Mahendra Vyas, Senior Officer, ICICI Investors Services Limited, Mumbai “ LMI course made me understand how I am wasting and using my available 1440 mins of time each day. Now I make planning of my time and concentrate on 20% work/activities which gives me 80% of the day's result. Written plan helps me to identify conflicts between various priorities and eliminate damaging frustration.” Dr. Rajan R. Shirsat, Excel Industries Ltd., Mumbai
  • 31. CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS “ I have already started implementing the ideas as far as my job & personal life is concerned by making four goals & I would like to mention here that I have so far achieved Rs. 1,000 Mil. cost saving in one of my goal of material cost reduction.” Vivek C. Mahajan, Siemens, Mumbai “My time management skills improved. I saved a total of 70 Minutes/day (30 minutes from professional life and 40 from personal life and utilising the same for creative planning and self development. Long pending things got started and procrastination under control. My public speaking skills improved through this programme. I had the confidence to address a gathering of over 160 people recently. This is a new found confidence I obtained through this programme.” V.B. Pillai, Manager, Mazagon Dock Limited, Mumbai
  • 32. CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS “I am now able to effectively utilise 45 minutes more of my time only for planning which is so every essential for my job responsibilities. We have been able to achieve a sales figure of over Rs. 5.5 crores during the month of July which is an all time record for the month.” S. Das Gupta - General Manager SalesBorosil Glass Works Ltd, Mumbai “I, would not hesitate in recommending the EPP program to anyone since it adds value more than any other program I know about. But I must add a word of caution about cynicism. This is a program that needs to be accepted as one that works and one that can make life easier for you – without conceptual / intellectual evaluation. Because what we need is a simple, practical, implement able program. I am weary of high conceptualization.” Mr. B. Santhanam Managing Director, Saint Gobain Glass India Ltd., Chennai
  • 33. CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS "45% increase in sales in last quarter over previous quarters with focused approach, cost reductions which would yield sizable profit on annual basis, completed planning for new project". Bharat Chokshi, Grand Polycoats Company Pvt. Swar - Vice President (Medium Engines), Kirloskar Oil Engine Limited, Pune
  • 34. CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS "After 3 months of my training the real effect of training in my life is growing day by day. I may mention that as a direct consequence of this program we have achieved: Focused attention on export market could achieve four times the production 2,00,000 pieces to 8,00,000 pieces. Identify continuous improvement programs. 15 sintered material movement reduced per furnace. Plant lay-out. Productivity Increase from 400 pcs per hour to 1000 pcs per hour. This course taught me to implement in a very practical way many policies and practices of Management which I otherwise would not have been able to do." A.S. Desai - Executive Director, Mahindra Sintered Products Limited, Mumbai "I have benefited from the program professionally in terms of the following: Greater successful completion of goals, because of focus on high pay-off activities. Developing a habit of "scheduling and planning" for each day. Taking the process of goal setting one layer lower in the organization to include team members resulting in a goal directed team. Finding and additional 30-60 minutes for concentration on high pay-off activities as a result of delegation and prioritization of activities. On the personal front, I have been able to minimize the time spent on low pay-off activities, leading to an increase in the quality time I spend with my family." Suneel Bandhu, Reliance Telecom Limited, Ahmedabad
  • 35. CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS "I got many benefits from this programme, namely: consciousness of time & Interruptions, setting goals and achieving them. I understood the importance of balancing my wheel of life & started giving required time to family. I improved my communication further and also really delegated lot of low- pay-off tasks. But the greatest benefit I got I improved my Focus. I have achieved a sales turnover of Rs. 10 crore this year." Yatin ShahModern Chemical Corporation, Ahmedabad "My management put me as a Manager in Manish Nagar Branch. This Branch has a business of over Rs. 70 crores. I know my posting in this branch is to increase the business to 100 crores which I will do successfully. Not only this, after completing your programme, a different Bhavna will handle any kind of situation successfully and in a positive way.“ Bhavna C. Limdi, Branch Manager, Dena Bank, Mumbai
  • 36. CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS "The program has helped not only in our day to day work, but also in our personal life. It has helped us in getting more co-operation and more positive efforts from our colleagues and subordinates. Overall increasing generation - PLF increased by 4.4%. Reduction in oil consumption - 0.29%. Reduction in water consumption by 50,000 cu.mt. (approx.) per day. Overall administrative capacity has also increased. " U.C. Gandhi, Chief Engineer (C&O), Gujarat Electricity Board, Gujarat "LMI brings in changes in people as they discuss the LMI concepts through discussions in their real life situation which they face every day through application. Few specific areas of improvements observed are listed as follows: Validation/qualification of overseas vendors for few of our key raw materials advanced by 3 months. Downtime in plant reduced by 8%. The marketing team has generated new business of 30 lacs in the last two months. ISO-14001 scheduling and gearing up is tow weeks earlier than anticipated. Improved delivery compliance. The returns in terms of tangible impact on the bottom line is many times the investment made.“ Soumitra Banerjee, Rubamin Pharmaceuticals, Vadodara
  • 37. CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS “The programme is filled with ideas which I can use in all areas of my life. The programme has a different taste comparing with any other training session. (a completion of nearly Rs. 49 crores of premium income compared to Rs. 30 crores last year !!) At home too I spend good relaxed time with every one. In short I am having a great time.“ V. Krishnan, Sr. Divisional Manager, The New India Assurance Co. Ltd., Mumbai
  • 38. CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS "We have found the training beneficial to increase our productivity and overall change in positive attitude of our employees. Although we have derived many benefits, I would like to name few of them as under: To speed-up development programme of our new products. Effective commissioning of our new products and achieved better performance level and greater availability of the machines. Shipment of critical components by sea instead of air ahed of schedule. Collection - 20% higher than target. Overdue outstanding reduced by 33%. Development of new vendor/alternate sources of inputs.” C.T. Dave, Executive Director, Eimco Elecon (India) Ltd., Vallabh Vidyanagar “I had been working abroad for about 17 years before joining ICICI Bank, and I have undergone several Management programs conducted by various Management Institutes; and I always believed LMI is another such programs. But I have to admit that Dr. P.H. Vaidya has proved me wrong. I am still not sure whether it is LMI or it is Dr. Vaidya who made the difference! It could be a combination of both. I am able to find more free time now and I am a much happier person now.“ Mr. George Williams, Branch Manager, ICICI Bank, Bangalore
  • 39. CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS "The achievement of the goal gives confidence and satisfaction to the individual. High pay off activities, low pay off activities, prioritization, time management, communication, meetings with agenda and limits and return on investment of time are discussed, and practiced by repetition till they become habits. The systematic delegation and empowerment can result in effective team work and achievement of targets, thought to be impossible, were achieved within stipulated time. during this course, we took focused goal in the manufacturing area and achieved increased production which otherwise though was impossible.
