Additional planning for filming and editing
Structure of the trailer - editing
- We need to shorten down the night club scenes, only use a few of them dancing but
include a couple of special effects (effects on scenes are already complete)
- Try and sort the audio out, making them either carry on or fade together more
effectively
- Include a couple more inter-title scenes to make for a clearer narrative, using only
short sentences, but without giving away too much information on the plot –EASY
- Insert the photo album idea when all the pictures a complete, finding a conventional
template
Extra filming of the trailer still needed
- Film scene 2 – the walking scenes of both the girl group and the boy group, film
them walking through town, the centre, and in the evening wearing what they were
in the first night club scenes
- Film a pan of the church to include wherever it will best fit, preferably near the
proposal, either before for a foreshadow or after - EASY
- Film scene 22 – the final scene with Clarizh and Egle discussing the main characters
problems, her pregnancy, needs to be filmed with the laying on a bed in pjs,
watching TV, with snacks for full effect
- Take several photos for scene 7- the two main characters in different clothing for
the photo album idea of their several dates, including the picture from the coffee
shop scene
Re-do filming of the trailer
- Attempt to re-do some of the night club scenes with use of better lighting, making
sure it isn’t too dark also including several different shot types and angles, not just
long shots
- Scene 8 – the boys narrative on the bench, include several different angles (more
than just two) and make the narrative clearer and louder for the film, especially as it
is a very important part - EASY
- Scene 9 – making the proposal better with more shot types and angles and making
better use of the background, also making the narrative more effective and louder -
EASY
